Review: On September 22, 2014 I called and placed a order for fuel to be delivered to my home on October 2, 2014. I have called numerous times and have gotten no oil yet. My check cleared the bank on October 10, 2014. Today is October 20, 2014. I called again today to see where my oil was and I was told my ticket was on the truck for delivery. I was told on October 6th that they were out of oil and as soon as they got some I would get my delivery. Again I still have not gotten my oil but it has been paid for which means they have gotten their money. It has been a month since the order was placed. All the office manager (or whatever she is) does is give people the run around. I am fed up with this company and want what I paid for. Please help me get what I have paid for.I am disabled and have a small child. I need my oil to heat my home. This company is a joke who does not take their costumers seriously. This company does not deserve to be in business and I feel their business license should be revoked.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the oil that I paid for and also I would like to stop being lied to and given the run around. If this request can not be done then I would like their business license revoked.
