I am the owner of Austin Mobile Drug Testing and we hold the Offender Education classes which fall under the Department of State Heath ServicesWe must follow their implementation regarding any of the classes and the regulations state that the class must start on time At time of registration, either on the phone or on the website, it is mentioned that the participant must arrive minutes before the class start time to fill out additional paperwork(this is the State paperwork that the instructor will need prior to the start of the class) I am sorry if [redacted] felt he was treated wrongfully by the instructor, however, he was more than minutes late (making it minute as his paperwork was not filled out), and whether he was minutes late...he was late I did try to explain to him about the reschedule fee, which I was willing to charge him instead of the full amount as stated in the class policy The attached emails sent numerous times, that he acknowledged receiving in the complaint, (he signed up for a class in November with all the paperwork sent to him at that time as well) mention that we have not received the class policy As far as the website, it is all over there(The attached paperwork is all that I could send, however, I do have other paperwork if needed)Please advise as to what to do now.Thanks [redacted] - Principal
