Complaint I have spent the whole winter without any heat. I have to use my oven to heat my apartment. All sockets are out in my apt but in the kitchen.I moved in on November the 12th and I have spent the whole winter without out heat. I called the peoples sevices and was told they do not have maintaince men that I need to called [redacted] that it is none of there problem. Then all my sockets in my house went out all but in my kitchen. My sink in the kitchen is leaking and the garbage disposal is not working. I am not able to use but one I and the oven at one time if I try to use more then that it shuts off and I have to constantly flip the breakers. I Called [redacted] and they came out and checked it and said that I have plenty of fire going but there is something wrong with the sockets and they need to be fixed. I then called the people services again and let them know this and still no one has been sent out. The ceiling fans are broke and was never repaired upon my moving in. The [redacted] person who came out said that it is a hazard for my sockets to be like that. I have complained about smelling something burning within the apartment. The fridge makes a loud nose off and on. I am unable to get any services done to my apartment and I have a child there and I pay my rent every month on time. One lady came over and said I don't need any heat because it is getting warm. But the weather is constantly changing and freezing up. The owners son gave me a plug up heater but it does no good if I have no sockets to plug it up in. Desired SettlementI will like some of my money back form the months of being there with out any services and living under these condition. I am on a fixed income and need these funds to find another place to stay. I will like to get my deposit back as well.
