Peoria Eye Care:I regret to inform you that your facts are only partially correct When I repeatedly said that the "new" glasses were not correct with my vision, I in fact, was told that there was nothing that she could do for me I ordered new lenses for my old frames, in actual, as a comparison, and, to prove that there was something "defective" with the "new" glasses When I picked up my old frames with the "new" prescription in them, I could see perfectly fineI again asked what could be the problem with the "new" glasses if they had exactly the same prescription I was stared at and again told there was nothing she could do for me I was appalled at the response of that one individual, and very dissatisfied with the way that she did, and has treated me She is the eyeglass expert I only know that these glasses were defective right from the beginning And, this particular person, simply did not want to be bothered by me I never tried to be difficult, quite the contrary. In response to the individual and our very last telephone conversation; she did tell me to see another eye doctor My "old" frames with the "new" prescription are perfect! I can see perfectly, even though it has been several months However, the $glasses in question are positively defective

Peoria Eye Care:I regret to inform you that your facts are only partially correct.  When I repeatedly said that the "new" glasses were not correct with my vision, I in fact, was told that there was nothing that she could do for me.  I ordered new lenses for my old frames, in actual,...

as a comparison, and, to prove that there was something "defective" with the "new" glasses.  When I picked up my old frames with the "new" prescription in them, I could see perfectly fine. I again asked what could be the problem with the "new" glasses if they had exactly the same prescription.  I was stared at and again told there was nothing she could do for me.  I was appalled at the response of that one individual, and very dissatisfied with the way that she did, and has treated me.  She is the eyeglass expert.  I only know that these glasses were defective right from the beginning.  And, this particular person, simply did not want to be bothered by me.  I never tried to be difficult, quite the contrary. In response to the individual and our very last telephone conversation;  she did tell me to see another eye doctor.  My "old" frames with the "new" prescription are perfect!  I can see perfectly, even though it has been several months.  However, the $700 glasses in question are positively defective.

Called to reschedule an eye appointment for my daughter. [redacted] was very unprofessional. I could not even finish my sentence and 3 separate times she completely talked over me during our one minute conversation and I was unable to finish what I was saying. She spoke over me and cut off me off while I was trying to explain to her when I needed an appointment. I was informed that I would have to leave my credit card number with them in order to make an appointment after 5:00pm. No thank you. In this day and age of identity theft- I will not be providing my credit card number for that type of thing. I am a paralegal in a law office. Almost all of our clients are doctors and I speak to them on a daily basis. I would never and could never imagine treating and speaking to a client the way [redacted] treated/spoke to me. She needs to talk a class in customer service. You do not treat people like that who are coming into a business and paying money. You would not have a business without your patients and I did not deserve to be talked to, or should I say spoken over, in that manner by [redacted]. As a professional business, you owe it to your clients and patients to have someone who is courteous talking to your patients/customers. You can be assured that I will tell every single person about this mistreatment and to avoid this office. You are not the only eye doctor in Peoria and you cannot expect people to pay your business money when being treated like that
