Response:Please see the attached letter that I sent to *** *** *** ** *** the same day I sent the Revdex.com letter. On 9/3/I went to pick up the items and was told they had been picked upThe girl behind the counter that day told me to come in on Saturday to see the ownerOn 9/5/when I talked with the owner’s wide she told me that a white woman and black man picked up my items on 7/29/They paid with a $bill and centsNOW they are telling the Revdex.com that I PICKED up the itemsThis is a total falsehoodI did not SEND anyone to pick up my itemsNo one would have had my First name, Last name and Telephone number to pick the items, UNLESS IT CAME DIRECTLY FROM SOMEONE AT THE CLEANERS. I made no slanderous or racist remarks to anyoneThe conversation was terse as I was very upset that my $Coach purse was not there! For them now to use the race card on this issue is ridiculous. I have nothing more to say on this matter, but I will address the statements about my assault of their customer at Save MartWhen I left the cleaners, I went to Save Mart to grocery shopAt the check stand, I saw the lady that was at the cleaners and felt I should apologize to herI tapped her on the shoulder and when she turned around, I offered my apology for bringing her into the matter at Green CleanersI did not push or shove herWhen the police came to my door later that day to ask about the incident, I could not believe she stated I assaulted herI asked the police to please check the video surveillance camera at the store to confirm that I did not “assault” herI have no idea whether they did or notHowever, I did contact the store manager about a week ago and he told me they had no incident report of an assault between two customers on that dayThey keep detailed records of anything that happens in the store and no report was made, nor did anyone claim to have been assaulted. If there is any scam here it is by Green Cleaners and their employees.Respectfully submitted*** ***

Response:In response to a couple mentioned in *** responseMy employee mentioned to my wife there was a white woman and black man in front of *** while she waited to be helpedI agree, only *** would have the correct first name, last name, and phone number in order ti have somebody pick up her cleaning without her receiptBeing a small business, I rely on my employees to deal truthfully with me and my valued customers. I have no knowledge about the assault charges other than my regular customer came into my store and asked me to call the policeI have no other knowledgeThe assault charges are between my regular customer and ***Regarding the statement where *** contacted the *** *** ***I have no knowledge; as of this date I have not been contacted by the *** ***.This is the first time this has ever happened in my business serving this communityWhen *** dropped off her items for cleaning she signed an agreement waiver that states "We assume no responsibility fir articles left over days"She left the items on July 13, and we state she picked up her items in July She returned to my store on September (which is more than days from July 13), and claimed she had not picked them up in July. In order for this to come to a close, I would like to request *** to provide her purse and blouse store purchase receipts and I will follow the American National Standard Fair Claims Guide in order to determine the current value of her articles due to the depreciation of her itemsI would like to meet with *** *** again at my store in order to bring this a step closer to mutually bring this event to a close. Message: *** *** ha dropped off her purse and vest to my cleaner's for cleaning on July 13, This is the first time *** *** has ever used our business for any cleaning servicesI have taken pictures of the condition of her purse showing a worn and dirty purse with stains on the
inside before cleaningOn July 29th she picked up her itemsIn case of a lost claim ticket, our procedure for customers to claim their items without here claim ticket is to provide their First, Last name and their phone umberThis information was provided & verified with our computer data at the time of pick-upThe total amount due was $*** paid with a $bill and cents at the time of pick-up.On September 3, *** came to our store to claim the same items she has already picked up on July 29thWhen she was informed that she had already picked up her items she became quite vocalI was out of town on business during this time*** was asked to return on September 10th to discuss her claim with ownerI met with *** on September 10th and showed her copies if the receipt when she picked up her items on July 29th*** was informed and has signed a general release that "We assume no responsibility for articles left for days"*** immediately became very vocal and made many slanderous and racists remarksDuring this time one of my regular customers entered the store to piand drop off garments to be cleaned*** started to tell my regular customer that I run a bad business, we give poor service and cannot be trusted and that we are thievesMy regular customer replied that we have provided nothing but good quality and excellent service and has never has any problems with our businessAfter *** heard the compliment my customer made, *** then started getting verbal aggressive and continued to negatively down talk my business by saying we are crooked ans that we are thievesAt that time I had asked *** to please calm down or I will call the policeBefore having to call the police she decided to leave the store. Within an hour that day my customer who had picked up her dry cleaning at the same time *** *** was in my store returned and informed me that *** *** had followed her into the Smart-Food grocery store which is located in the same shopping centerMy customer told me *** *** assaulted herMy customer asked if I would please call the police for herI called the police and when they arrived they took my customer statementWhile the police was taking my customers statement I had left the storeWhen my customer finished with the police she was informed my customer service representative that she would be pressing charges against *** ***. In my opinion this claim is not credibleI have contacted the police to investigate this as a possible scamI will receive a completed police and respond with additional information within three weeks. Our rates are simple: $1.25 per minute for one man, $2.00 per minute for 2, and $1.00 per minute for each additional person on the job. This allows our customers to ask us to do more while we are at their location without our crews getting into...

time/money negotiations. This actually saves our customers both time and money versus set pricing which requires us to get them an estimate 1st. Even with set pricing, it only allows us so much time on the job before extra charges would be applied. Weekly / Bi-Weekly is based on the average time spent on the job and specific to those things listed in the scope of work. Trimming Trees, Bushes, Flower Bed Clean Up, etc. would not be included in any of our regular weekly/bi-weekly maintenance plans on a set rate unless specified and agreed to in writing. This means these services would be an extra charge if the pricing was set.
She responded to our New Customer add which allows people to try our service for $20. This includes up to 20 minutes for 2 service techs to do whatever she wanted us to do. Her 1st service required a total of 60 minutes and was billed at 2 guys for 30 minutes at $2 per minute. This tells me she either had our crew doing extra work, or it simply took us longer to clean up her place on our 1st visit. We then applied her $20 discount for new customers making her 1st service only $40
Her second service required a total of only 16 minutes for a crew of 2 for a total service charge of only $32.00.
During her third service she requested a few extra things get done to her specifications, so it took our crew of 2 20 minutes for a total of $40
We may have given her a verbal estimate as I believe she needed service right away. Estimates are just that, estimates. We don't know how much time it is going to take on a job until we do it a few times and get to know what the customers want from us and how they want us to do it. She is very specific in what she wants, adding time to what should be a no more than a 15 minute job for a 2 man crew.
After 3 Services, her bill stands at $112.00, which averages out to be less than $35 per service. I would challenge her to find a more professional service to do what she wants to do at that rate. If she wants a set rate, we can do it for $35 per service, but that would only be to mow, trim as needed, and blow off side walks up to 28 minutes per service at 1 man, or 15 minutes for 2.
To date, we have not received any money for any services performed. As far as I know, she has no complaints in regards to the quality of service performed, just the billing. She is most welcome to at least pay what she feels she was quoted, although it would be great to be compensated for the additional work done. Personally, I feel she would have paid a lot more for the services rendered through any other provider, but that is us just trying to save our customers time and money.
