would then run two racing events that night for one price.This particular event was a sanctioned UMP Summer Nationals Traveling Tour. The racers and UMP Board of Directors, made the decision to deem the race complete since the traveling tour did not  allow time to make up the event.With this said, Peoria Speedway held an "EXTRA" night of racing for the fans to see a free night of racing. We went above and beyond our normal procedures to try  and accommodate all race fans and drivers. The cost of admission was $5.00 for those individuals who did not attend the first event. The cost breakdown is as follows:Summer Nationals Race:June 17, 201713 races total=$30 admissionWe completed 11 of the 13 racers prior to the rain.Make Up Date-June 21, 20172 races total remaining=$5.00 admission or free with your ticket stub from June 17th12/$30=Approx. $2.31 per race11 races X $2.31=$25.41 Total Races Completed on June 17th2 races X $2.31=$4.62 total races completed on June 21stTotal Admission cost $30.03 and we charged $30.00As with any outdoor entertainment events, you run a risk of inclement weather. Unfortunately, the weather is out of our control. Peoria Speedway made every effort to accommodate everyone who was affected by the rain out.We have not received any phone calls from complaints for this evening. I am rejecting this response because:The races there were NOT run were the most important of the Events to be run..Since the FEATURE did not reach the halfway point, in this case 30 laps, it was NOT completed per your own rules. As for your comparison to other Outdoor events, they offer make up dates when possible or exchanges for similar valued events.  What I asked for was FAIR compensation, which giving me a $5 ticket in place of a $30 ticket is NOT equal compensation. I purchased 4 tickets that night, at a cost of $120, you offered me in essence $10 for this because you chose to have a "make up" race on a Wednesday night, some people have JOBS and can not attend through the week. My expectations of your business being FAIR and Reasonable have apparently been proven to be wrong.
