unreasonable to deal with and make matters worse for my employees. I attempted to contact my customer to resolve the matter myself and refuses to talk to me on the phone and demanded I just come on site. I have made several attempts to meet with Mr. [redacted] and our schedules just can't get coordinated. My intentions are great to continue to get this matter resolved as I want happy customers and continue PEP with quality service & integrity!

Immediately, I had the damaged unit appraised, in which, came in at $500.  Therefore, I offered my customer $500 in cash or replace the unit of equal value or if she wanted to upgrade the unit, she would have to pay the difference.  In the event, I had [redacted] Heating & Cooling install a two year old unit, like new, with the offer of a free two year labor/material warranty for a value of $1000 plus minor other charges.  My customer felt this was unsatisfactory and took initiative in her own hands, with the help of her "brother", PEP owed her a brand new unit. I know my rights by law/statutes that when my company damages personal property that we owe my customer the current value monetarily or replacement in equal value.  I felt, as the owner of PEP, I went above and beyond for my customer.  It was brought to my attention on Wednesday, June 29, 2016 that my customer order a brand new unit with [redacted]'s Heating/Cooling for $3000+ and PEP was to get the bill paid in full in which would wipe the remaining $3000 my customer owned me for our final contracted amount.  The felt this act was unfair, PEP went above and beyond for the customer, so I contacted my lawyer immediately.  Please see attached letter from lawyer dated June 30, 2016.It is to my opinion, there should be no aught against PEP Waterproofing, LLC, as in all good faith, we practiced good morals, values, and good business practice in this situation.
