I have had such incredible customer service from both the oil and propane divisions of PioneerThe accounts/credit department and sales departments have gone above and beyond to provide good service, and to make a difference to a family going through the issues of rebuilding after a fireI highly recommend them
I am on a low income budgetI received oil at which my clergyman paid for a half tank of oil for meI called to get set up on a $BIWEEKLY plan to ensure I didn't run out of oil and have service as well The oil was ordered but I froze and hadn't had hot water for a whole week The oil finally came after a week I called them, the following week to set up my plan, they said they would look into it and call right backthey called back late in the afternoonI called back and they said they couldn't find anything about the Bishop paying for the oil and said would look into it againI didn't hear back for days I called again and a lady with a *** said she said I got a missed delivery with too much oil deliveredShe promised to call back with the details on that I didn't get any call backs, so now what am I suppose to do?
