when buying from pepe dealership I spoke with my sales personI told him that the car already has plates to be transferred he did not do what customer asked him to dopepe over charged fees for DMV as well as created its own pricingI paid way over priceI did not use pepe license plates at allI wanted a refund as well as I did not ask for a tire warranty for this carso I ask for a refund of 1,500$ for tire warrantyThis dealership is horrible business I seek justice! I also provided proof of charges they charged me for plates, and registration feesIf this company understands they have made a mistake why won't they just refund my money DMV stated to me they're not responsible for returnsThey should of transferred the plates when I spoke with them It was dealership mistake!! just own up to mistake and issue me a refund.

 when buying from pepe dealership I spoke with my sales person.
