Review: Be very careful if you ever renew a lease with PePe Infiniti. My wife leased a G37x and in Dec of 2012 they offered us a "great deal" to lease a new G37x. We had paid up to date and I was worried about the transition, since this was our first lease. Asked [redacted] quote unquote "so don't send any more payments for the old car"? and told "NOPE" you're all set. Thanks [redacted] for [redacted] us over. YUP, we drove off the lot with a brand new car and RIGHT INTO A COLLECTIONS NIGHTMARE !!!!!!!!! ALL FOR A $237.14 payment that they did not take care of. Every time we call the dealership or I walk in, someone has to "call us back" or "look into it". All the while, OUR CREDIT is not waiting for someone to "call it back". NOPE, DO NOT LEASE A NEW VEHICLE FROM THEM, UNLESS YOUR OLD LEASE IS DONE !!!! Even then, be VERY CAREFUL !!!! I can't count how many times I've walked in there, or how many phone calls we've made where we get the run around. Oh, did I mention how much FUN it is having a collection agency calling the house morning, noon and night? Did I mention DO NOT LEASE from PEPE yet? So the only "heart beat" that we had from them was when my wife filled in a negative online survey and a Gentleman named [redacted] called back and seemed determined to fix the situation. He even agreed with us, but no luck there either. My name is [redacted], I love the Infiniti brand. It is an awesome product and the staff and customer service of the PePe service center is amazing. They are all really great. My issue and problem is that I was offered a deal, which we took and they screwed up, which has now sent us into collections and I'm pissed off. I gave them more than enough time and opportunity.Desired Settlement: Pay the balance due and repair our credit. It's not only the right thing to do, I may have to involve the legal system if it is not done promptly.

Review: [redacted] Of [redacted], received my vehicle on July [redacted] early afternoon. Pepe representative contacted me on July [redacted], four days later in the morning to inform me that my vehicle would be ready for pick up by noon that day. I arrived at the dealrship to pick it up. I paid for the repair the dealership said created the problem. After the paying the and talking to the representative who graciously explained what the problem was, and assured me it was taken care of now that they replace the piece they said was in need of replacing. My car was pulled up for me in the service area. I got in and started it, the repeated the same as it did prior to having it towed there for service,it shut off in the service area in front of the Pepe representatives. I was unable to leave with my vehicle. The dearlership then provided me with a loaner. They kept my vehicle once again. They informed me that they needed to do further checking of it. I later received a call from the representative at approximately 2:15pm same day ,asking if I could provide them with a spare key, they suspected the key might be the cause for the vehicle shutting off. If I could not, they would order one at a cost of an additional $180.00, at that time I infomred the representativer that I just paid them $890.00 for a repair that they said was the reason my vehicle shutting off. The repair that was done was not necessary to get my vehicle running, and they now determine the key might be the reason why shuts off?

1-My problem is they replaced a part that did not need replacing in order to get the vehicle running at a cost to me for $890.00

2-They held the car over a long holiday weekend July [redacted]. During that they time did not do any work on the vehicle and did not provide me with alternate means of transportation.

3-I missed over 10 hours of work due to their nonchanlant, lackadaisical work ethics.Desired Settlement: Reimbusrsement for the cost of the repair that was done that did not resolve the problem.

Compensation for the time I lost at work.

I want my vehcile to run safely without fear the dearlership did not find and fix the problem.

Review: The Pepe Infinite Dealership in White Plains, New York & Infinite Financial Services misrepresented a termination fee due at lease expiration and failed to inform me as a consumer. On December **, 2013, I received a bill of a fee in the amount of $424.14 due the following day (December **, 2013) for the termination of my lease on a 2010 Infinite G37x. It stated this was a reminder and I never received an initial statement from this company. I was misinformed when signing the lease as this fee is called a Disposition Fee, of $395, not included in the monthly payments and if you do not purchase the vehicle. It was not clear as to what this fee is nor if and when it is due. After reviewing this lease agreement with my prior Infinite lease agreement, the only monetary difference was this fee. My first lease had $0.00 in the Disposition fee and the most recent stated $395.00. The dealership had the ability on numerous occasions to inform me of this fee if I did not lease another vehicle from them and they never said a word; specifically, at the lease signing and when I returned the vehicle to the dealership at the lease expiration. I called into Infinite Financial Services on December **, 2013 and was informed by a representative that I have no recourse as I am bound by my lease agreement and must pay the fee. I paid the fee on December **, 2013 and was assured there will be no late fee since due the following day, as it needs time to process. I am outraged as owning Infinities prior to this and having other Infinite vehicles in my household currently. I will never purchase or lease another vehicle by this company nor any of its subsidiaries.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in this amount I paid, $424.14. I was forced into paying this fee as the representative informed me it will be sent to collections after 30 days from December **, 2013. I also want the dealership to be mandated by implementing mandatory detailed disclosures and explanations to the consumer at lease inception and signing; as this would never had been an issue if the consumer was clearly informed of this fee and able to make an informed decision at the lease signing.

Business

Response:

The Business stated:

"The lease disposition fee of $395 plus tax is disclosed on the 1st page of the Infiniti Financial Lease agreement which was signed by the customer. The fee is assessed and collected by Infiniti Financial Services and not the dealership as it is part of the standard lease that infiniti offers and is waived only if the customer leases a new Infiniti. Most manufactures such as BMW, Mercedes Benz and Audi all have a disposition fee as well."

Review: I was provided with a written estimate of $150 on 10/*/14 for a cosmetic repair of a seat to my car. However, when I picked up the car, the charge was increased to $300. When I questioned why the amount had doubled since the written estimate was shown to me, I was told by the [redacted], he was entitled to make a larger profit than the original estimate provided his dealership.Desired Settlement: Refund the amount in excess of the written estimate of $150. That amount is not $100 because [redacted] reduced the original charge of $300 to $250.
