Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 7, 2015/08/20) */ We are absolutely sorry if they filling that are staff rude to them and yes are pool hours is 8am to 10pmAnd it was open 8am on wednesday also but about 9:one guest came to front desk and said pool floor little dirty so front desk call me because wednesday is are maintenance man off so I went there and I saw that on pool floor some one spill juice so I went and start cleaning we can't keep it sticky floor like that for next day and because of we are using powerwash we move all towel from there and when we are cleaning pool was open it was away from pool and we start about 10:00am and finish about 12:45pm.and for smoking we do have big canopy some guest smoking in canopy alsoWe do have bench located at front side of building its covered also we do have table located at back side off building and about breakfast are Breakfast hours is 7day's a week 6:00am to 9:00am and coffee is hours hot and fresh one more thing we cannot turn it off that coffee machineAbout juice dispensers was off because of breakfast hoursAre toaster and microwave hours on for all are guestAnd one more time sorry for there inconvenientand i'm sending you Breakfast time, coffee machine, bench & table picture if you have any question feel free to ask me XXX-XXX-XXXX thank you

Ms. [redacted] we had made an exception to the 1 pet per room policy allowing her to have three pets in the room. Hence, why she was charged $60 per night.

I think there's a misunderstanding. I'm not disputing the hotels pet policy, but rather what was communicated to me. My organization put on a 3 day event in West Plains. The ad gave 3 or 4 preferred hotels. I got the number from there and called to make reservations. That is when I was told the pet fee was $20 per night. I NEVER looked on line. It was never mentioned that only one pet was allowed per room. As a matter of fact, I walked the dogs through the lobby all weekend and not one word was said about it. If they made an exception for me, I was never informed. I travel all over with my show dogs and have always respected and abided by each hotels policy.
I don't understand why nothing was said if I was going against their policy. This whole issue could have been avoided had I known.
