logged started to drain the  tank and at that time gave a estimate of replacement cost,  Customer replied he was calling  someone else  in, at that point I asked him if he wanted us to continue and change the switch he said he did not. We charged him for a service call one man $160.00. The customer called me back a few hours later yelling and screaming  threating to blacked my companies name all over the internet I could hardly get a word then  he said the switch was changed and added some air to the tank and was working. A bladder tank is like a tire if you have a leak in the tire and its starts to go flat adding air is a temporary fix not a permanent repair since we extended the normal well pump warranty from factory warranty from 3- to 5years at no cost I told him if the pump went because of the tank I would not warranty it. If he had let me pursue the problem and change the switch my bill would have been the same as the plumbers, I still believe the tank has a problem that was fixed temporarily. I the customer sends me a letter from the licensed plumber  on the business letterhead who he called in stating what he found I will rebate 1/2 the service call cost, this in no way is a admission of in the customers words "I was trying rip him off".

Review: We contacted [redacted] pump with water well pump issue. [redacted] came over and was quick to diagnose a bad blatter tank (water holding tank) and switch and told us it needed to replaced for over $2000 including his labor. [redacted] had replaced our well pump 3 1/2 years ago at the ridiculous price of over $2000 as well and the only reason we called upon them again was that if it was the well pump it was still under warranty. We advised [redacted] that we wanted to seek another Plumbing company and he told us we had to still pay him $160 which he cashed our check. We contacted another plumbing company who diagnosed the problem as NOT AT ALL being the blatter tank, but rather simply just the switch witch cost a total of $180 including his labor. This plumber also indicated that when our well pump was installed (by [redacted] 3 1/2 years ago) they should have definitely replaced this switch at that time, which they did not. [redacted] should have most definitely gave us our money back for the incorrect diagnosis of just trying to get us to pay for a new blatter & switch. I thing this company is a complete rip off and poorly diagnosis problems to charge the most they can for different issues.Desired Settlement: Refund us the full amount of $160 for the service call that they were here for not even 30 minutes misdiagnosing our issue when we had paid them over $2000 in the past. And honor he was incorrect and a complete error on his part.
