Welcome to the revolving door that is Gatewater Landing Parking is a joke now and this will be our last year here, it has gotten to be to muchIt began as everyone getting free parking passesWhich got rid of zero cars for the apartments it just benefitted the condos next door which decided to draw a redline on the pavement and take a dozen more spots from the apartments.(Even though there are 30-empty spots right as you turn into the complex they already have that are never taken)Now they let you pay 30$ a month to get assigned spotsSo good luck getting a spot even close to your front doorThose are handicapped, that are always empty, and assignedI now have to walk from the middle of the complex everyday to get to my carNew staff every month or so have no idea whats going on and could care lessPlease don't put your family through the headache of GatewaterIf it wasn't on the water no one would live there for the crazy price they charge for cheaply updated(renovated is a strong word) apartmentsNew paint and a new fridge and oven is not renovated, its updated like everywhere elseMake sure to look at your apartment before you move inThey show you the demo which has good work done to itThe real apartments are thrown together so fast the caulk in the bathroom looks like a child did it, let alone the paint lines that are so sketchy and uneven its sadBathtub is old and the piped and spout are as wellThe water goes from ice cold to devils breath on a whimThe shared washer and dryers have never been cleaned the vent has some sort of black stuff accumulated on it and we don't use them anymoreBTW theres only two so I hope you like doing laundry at 3am when no one else isFront door to apartment building doesn't even close let alone lockI could go on and onOh also google gatewater sewage spill, you can tell how much they care about their tenants the way they take care of Marley Creek, by how they dumped thousands of gallons of RAW SEWAGE into it
Ashley our property manager has worked hard to get my renewal rate at a lower costThe staff has worked hard to help me and maintenance is greatI love living here and will be staying another year!
