several offers via email to Mr*** since the incident on October 3,
Fifa offer that was made was giving Mr*** $which he disagree
and then after received a second respond from Mr*** showing us a picture of a brand new rim that was $so we can replace his rimI then offered to give him $or give him The $to replace his rim in exchange of his damaged rimHe then denied both offers stating that it would cost more than the price stated above since he estimated the cost of labor as well
Under my observations we cannot assume my employee damaged the rim since his front left rim also had similar damaged to the one my employee was working on at the time of the incidentAlthough if this was the case we are still taking full responsibility of this issue and would like to come to an agreement with the customer but he continues to deny all offers made...I would like for the Revdex.com take under consideration that Mr*** is asking for a brand new rim that is very expensive when at the time of his service it showed signs of wear for this particular rimWe want to resolve this matter and my offer still stands in replacing his rim in exchange for his damaged rim and replace his rim with a used one with no damage

I cannot accept $dollars for rim..I called the dealership and the quote was for a base model fusionthe rim on the vehicle is $dollars ..if he is willing to pay the $dollars I will accept his offer ..but he will have to pay upfront ..and write me a check or money order

I cannot except..this is because the car is under a yr mile quarantee the car only has miles on itthe Ford Dealership will not guarantee anything used on the vehicle..it will void my warrantee on my rim and tire and pressure sensor , any malfunction with the tire ..I must have a replacement rim from the dealership..and they must install
