Peppas Pizza

I am currently living with my parents while my husband is deployed in the United States Navy. At least once a week, sometimes more, I order food from Peppas pizza. I order pizza, wraps, grinders, calzones, and mostly wings. Their bourbon wings are one of my favorites. I have spent hundreds of dollars in the past several months on food and tonight I am disappointed and disgusted by the customer service I received. I usually receive 5 fried wings smothered in sauce. Tonight I ordered 12 bone in wings, 2 orders of boneless wings, a large steak and cheese and a chicken Caesar wrap. Instead of the boneless wings I received tenders barely coated in sauce. As this is the second time this has happened I decided to call Peppas. Not only are the chicken tenders less expensive, but I received less of them than I should have received for what I paid for and I was charged for wings, not tenders. I asked to speak with a manager and instead was put on the phone with the poor girl who was working the counter while I could hear the manager in the background telling her what to say. The manager finally came on the phone and was worse than rude. He told me no one else has complained, that the tenders are better quality than the wings (even though its not what I ordered), he told me there was noting he could do the vendor sent him more tenders than wings. I asked him why I was charged for wings and not tenders and he said he gave me more, which he did not, I received 9 tenders when I paid for 10 wings. He told me if I come back tomorrow he would have the wings, when I responded by telling him that I would no longer be taking my business to Peppas he hung up on me. This is some of the worst customer service I have ever received and from what I read on google reviews I am just one on a very long list.
