Dear [redacted] ,On Behalf of Pepperjam Network, I am responding to complaint ID [redacted] .In the complaint, the client alludes to Pepperjam taking a monthly network fee without having consent or a contractual obligation to do so.Prior to March 31, 2009, Pepperjam only required clients maintain a minimum balanceHowever, as of April 1, the network instituted a $monthly minimum feeWe sent out an addendum on April 1, notifying all clients that they were being grandfathered into this new $monthly minimum fee.It has been eight years since Pepperjam has established the monthly minimum fee and to date, this has been the only complaint of this nature that we had on this matter.Sincerely, Pepperjam Network

minimum balance. However, as of April 1, 2009 the network instituted a $25 monthly minimum fee. We sent out an addendum on April 1, 2009 notifying all clients that they were being grandfathered into this new $25 monthly minimum fee.It has been eight years since Pepperjam has established the monthly minimum fee and to date, this has been the only complaint of this nature that we had on this matter.Sincerely, Pepperjam Network
