My daughter was with Peppermint Tree for two years for Pre-KG. After she completed 2 years of Pre-KG, she moved to KG to another school and we requested Peppermint Tree to refund security deposit that they took when they enrolled my daughter for pre-KG. (Note: Our payments to Peppermint Tree was on-time every month for 2 years). We followed up with Peppermint Tree for 10-15 times over the phone as well personal visits to get deposit money back in last one year. In last year, my daughter even completed her KG in another school but we never received the deposit back from Peppermint Tree. Their answers were always something like - we will send you check next week, person is not available, I do not have authority etc. It's not big amount ($100) but their practice of taking free money and not paying back deposits on-time is very bad. My this complain is to make them aware that we have not received our deposit back that we must.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive our deposit money - $100.00.
