[redacted]l did a roof job for me and I should have know it was trouble from the start. First of he didn't even do his own work he subcontracted the work out to some guys who were independent contractors, red flag number one[redacted] wasn't on my job for five minutes the first day when he tells me he will need a change order to increase the price because he didn't see some things red flag number 2. what he missed he would have seen if he got out of his truck, it was first story stuff on the back of my house. so two weeks go by on a job that should have taken a week, with me calling [redacted] at least once day trying to get him to bring material or equipment, so the job could be done (half the time they have to borrow my ladders, rakes, shovels ) when [redacted] comes to pick up his shingles I tell him I would rather keep the extra he tells me he will charge me for them(as if he wasn't going to already) I say fine. the next week I get a call saying he wants those shingles .so I set up a time for him to get them when, he comes I point out some blatant mistakes like a badly dented gutter and [redacted] raised his voice at me and got angry, on my property no less(i promptly told him to get off my property) I've never been so insulted by a contractor in my life. I will not tolerate such blatant disrespect towards me, I am the one paying for a service, he acts like he was doing me a favor, so if you want to use [redacted] good luck hope every thing goes good otherwise this grizzly bear sized man may try to get in your face. didn't work on me but who knows how many other people he has bullied around.

I have used Peppler Remodeling LLC for the past three years. The team is honest and caring. Their workmanship on numerous projects has been very good. I have had a porch entry built, new windows installed, bathroom remodeled and I will continue to use them for my various projects.
