The consumer made a video that threatened to kill us He later apologized for the threats We built a house for the consumer Consumer originally wanted the house as far back from the road as possible as he had purchased quite a large piece of property We were unable to
accommodate this and had to put the house up front due to the storm drainage We did @ six site plans to accommodate the consumer These were required at the time the house was being considered back at the rear of the property Consumer is now seeking a refund as it is not necessary now that the house is closer to the road We are not an architect We are not licensed as an architect nor do we allege that we are an architect We are licensed as a building designer We do have projects stamped by a licensed engineer We do have an email from the county stating that it was required But as the house got moved closer to the road it was not required All of our documents state that we are not a licensed architect

The business owner is a pathological liar, If anyone checks public records (Pierce County courts), you will see this business has been sued for over 100,and have been party to numerous law suites Two state agencies are investigating him for fraudThe business response is pathetic and typical of their lies(killing him)? Really ? The facts are , this business is a fraud and there are many people looking for the owner to serve him paperi want my refund
