Review: Went to Perabell in [redacted] with family and friends for lunch on January [redacted] 2015. I ordered the Chophouse Burger with fries. When my meal came, I noticed a long hair on the burger. I immediately got a hold of the waitress and told her about it. She was nice enough to apologize to me for it and then she took it back to the kitchen. When she returned, she came with a whole new hamburger and bun which I told her I was very grateful for. When we were ready to leave, I asked for the check and at this point assuming that my meal would of been comp'd due to the piece of long hair on my food, the meal was on the check for me to pay. I got up and nicely went to the waitress to discuss why my food was being charged and not comp'd. I told the waitress I wasn't there to cause a scene or get anything for free but its the principal and the way most restaurants are when situations like this happen they will take care of the meal and not put it on the check. She explained to me it wasn't in her control and that I would have to talk to the [redacted].The [redacted] came out of the kitchen and I kindly explained to him that I was under the impression when situations like this happen that the customer wouldn't be charged for it. The [redacted] then went on to tell me that accidents happen all the time, somebody could of walked by and the hair could of fell off them, and it purposely didn't happen and he had excuse after excuse for him to make a valid point on not com'ping the meal. He offered me a drink from the bar which I declined because I don't drink, then offered me a voucher for food next time I come, which I can't take because I live in Florida and not in New York. Instead of being an understanding [redacted] and doing like any other [redacted] would do as in giving a very humble apology and comping the meal right away and keeping it simple, he decided to make excuses so therefore he wouldn't have to comp my meal. I was very surprised that customer satisfaction was not there number one priority.Desired Settlement: All I nicely ask is for my meal to be refunded back to me which was $11.00
