Review: Called multiple times with no response. Roof is leaking into my bathroom. Now all the drywall has to be removed.Desired Settlement: Fix under warranty for faulty work. Roof was not even a year old.

We just received this notice for the first time, and left a message this morning on your voice mail around 9am on Wed 9/4/2013. As per your instructions, we are officiallly responding in writing. **s. [redacted]' leak is located around her chimney area per my conversations with her. I exlained to **s. [redacted] that the repair would be placed on a repair list and we would get to it as soon as possible. It happens to be that her repair is scheduled for this Friday, 9/6/2013. The exact time on Friday has not been determined yet as each job varies in the amount of time required.

I will reply to you after Friday, to let you know what was found and what was done to resolve the issue.
