Review: Terrible customer service! The owner/manager was extremely rude to me on multiple occasions and even threatened me. I had prepaid for 6 laser hair removal treatments to be done by one of his RNs Melinda [redacted]. On the day I came for my first treatment, Mrs [redacted] had revealed to me that she had recently quit and would be unable to do all treatments and thus suggested I get a refund, for which, per store policy (at this time) stated "Once treatments have begun, no refund will be issued." Fortunately for me, I had not yet begun treatment, and per the RNs recommendation I requested my full refund. I was told at this time to leave my name and phone number and the manager would get back to me. The communication was extremely poor and I had to reach out to perceptions on multiple attempts to get my refund back. I was met with a lot of push back from the owner whom at one point offered to refund me only a portion of the money I had paid yet only after I signed a non disclosure agreement stating I would not slander his business or post anything negative about him or his company in any way. Still, by signing this document I was not guaranteed any payment and thus was reluctant to sign anything. All in all, this process went on for over 6 months with a lot of stress and terrible customer relations. I resorted to driving there and confronting the manger whom mid conversation rolled his car window up in my face and drove away. Further, in the course of the 6 months the online policy changed dramatically to state I would not be allowed a refund. I have written conversations and email exchanges as well as screen shots of pre-online policy and post-online policy during this whole event. I had been reluctant to say anything sooner for fear getting my refund back from [redacted] (owner/manager) would prove even more challenging than it had already for the past 6 months. I write now to bring awareness to some terrible customer relations, and shady business actions. Please investigate!Desired Settlement: I would like this company to be thoroughly investigated. I feel they have likely upset many people and others are possibly too afraid to speak up as I was for so long. I felt completely robbed by this company. I was more so than ever appalled by their horrific customer relations.

This client did actually begin treatments. The document she is referring to is a liability document, and had nothing to do with the payment. Payment had been discussed through e-mail documenting that fact. Her contention about a document receiving or not receiving a refund is not even applicable to this situation. The client was very combative and non responsive to phone calls and e-mails. Ultimately the refund was given.
