Hello my name is [redacted] the originator of this claim. On 4-25-2016, I wrote check number 3 out of 4 to Percheron Builders group for the work they have completed to date. Percheron...

has completed the structure of the pole barn which totaled $15530 + the gravel and labor that was needed to prepare for the concrete pour. Unfortunately, Percheron did not make any attempts to finish my barn between 5-2-2016 and 5-27-2016. On 5-27-2016 Percheron came to my property to prepare for the concrete pour that was supposed to happen on 6-1 or 2, however this date has came and went without the concrete work being completed or communication of when it will be done. Unfortunately, Percheron will not communicate with me unless I bring up the Revdex.com name and then the dates they give me come and go without any work being completed. According to my original complaint I wanted Percheron to complete this work in a timely manor and according to calendar 6 week have passed since they broke ground and they still have not completed this project. It has been 7 and one half months since I paid my down payment to Percheron and I want this project complete OR release me from this contract and refund me roughly $2,000 for over payment. Plus, I will require a lien release so that I am not liable for any debt they owe. Like I have previously stated, I want Percheron to complete the work we agreed on but they are now holding up my life because they won’t finish this project. If Percheron agrees to complete this project they have until 7-6-2016 to complete the work left in the contract and if they are not complete I will pay Percheron for the work they have completed. At the time I hand over the final check Percheron will sign a lien release and they will also sign a contract release and we can both go our separate ways.Thank you for your time.[redacted]###-###-####
