Review: I went through this auto body shop for an insurance claim. The work provided on my car is far from par. I own a 2008 [redacted] 37 and had damage on the body of the passenger side. The first time I went there [redacted] indicated that my car would be complete by the end of the weekend. He then took 3 additional days (which would have been fine if the work was up to par on my car) I went back to pick up my car, and the paint on the car had dripped, the mirror that they replaced on that side kept moving while driving it also did not sync to my button to auto adjust the mirror in the car. I also noticed that the finder on the car was misaligned and indicated this to them and they told me to bring my car in a week and they will fix the paint, order a new mirror, and fix the finder. Well I called that next week, and they would not take my car in. [redacted] advised me that he is busy working on other cars and mine will have to wait over the phone, at that point I drove down there to speak to him personally. He indicated that the doesnt have the time to work on my car and finally after an hour of standing there arguing with him stating this was my problem and not his he waived me off and told me to go get a rental vehicle. Well, 5 days later, the paint job still sub par, mirror replaced (still wont sync), and still stuck with the same finder with spacing issues. The whole time he indicated that this was an aftermarket finder, and he would order a finder that matches my vehicle. After I still complained about it, he then called me and told me it was an OEM finder. I continued to disagree and told him I want it fixed he told me he would call me back, never has, I have tried to call him with no answer. There are numerous clips missing, I have a piece of the finder that has popped up, there is still primer all throughout the cracks and crevices in my car, the paint job is still off. Terrible customer service and terrible work. I new beautiful car is now sub par and not complete.Desired Settlement: I have obtained a quote from another auto body shop (through the [redacted] claims adjuster) to complete the work that he claimed he did to my car and the total amounts to 1645.44 I would like full reimbursement plus expenses for the rental/gas that I will need to obtain for 4-5 days as my insurance company will no longer cover it any more. The rental fee as quoted by Enterprise because I am not over 25 is 475.35. I would agree upon a full refund of 2335 to cover all expenses incurred prior and now

Review: My car was taken to Percy Auto after receiving a quote to have repairs done to my car. My friend [redacted] took my car to get the quote on Tuesday November the 23rd to have my door replaced and he left a 300.00 deposit. The car was dropped prior to me leaving for vacation on November 24th. When I returned from vacation I called Percy's to check on the car hoping it was ready. I was told the car wasn't ready, the window on the driver side where the damages were couldnt go up nor down. Larry from the shop told me that my window were damaged prior to the accident. I was upset and told him all my windows was in working condition. I also told Larry to make sure my driver headlight was fixed cause it hadn't come on since the accident. After hanging up I called Conrad P[redacted] tge insurance adjuster to confirm everything since this was my very first claim. He advised me to have the shop call him. I called Percy Auto Body back to give Larry the number for the Conrad. I called back every day since to confirm the headlight and door were veing taking care of. December 2nd I called Laary and he said he was still having issues with the window. He said we had ordered a switch for the window. Friday December the 4th I was told my car was ready. I left work early to pick it up. I was told the switch was 40.00 leaving me a 440.00 balance. I got to the shop at 6:00 pm. I was told that the window still wasnt working. One of the workers drove my car home. After the worker left I realized I couldn't lock any of my car doors and my winows weren't working. Monday December the 7th, to confirm my car was in worst condition. Larry said he wasn't aware that the car was under an insurane claim. My headlight was repaired only cause I spoke to Larry for days to confirm my headlight was also damaged. Larry stated the only thing they were supposed to repair was the door. If he only had instructions to repair the door, why did they repair the headlight which didnt come out of my pocket. I was advised to take my car to a guy name Chris on the south side to have my car rewired. Out of fustration I hung up. Why should I take my car to Chris? Chris who??? Now I am left with a car I cant lock my doors and none of my windows are able to come down. Conrad P[redacted] told me to have the shop to call him but as of today, 12-7-15 no one called Conrad P[redacted] to confirm anything. Again if they were aware my car was under a insurance claim they wouldnt have repaired my headlight, I didnt pay for that repair nor did anyone ask for that money. How did they no about the damages done to the headlight, wasnt no visible damages. And my key can not be inserted in the key lock.Desired Settlement: Looking to have some money reimbursed
