In August of 2013,I have bought two products from Percy's. In August of 2013,I have bought two products from Percy's.I have bought LG TV, and Bose System Stereo,And one shipment for the Bose System,its was lost.And when I tried to retrieve my money back, or a credit,they refused. purchased fridge going on 3 months to get replaced been fixed 4 or 5 times they do not stand behind their products they are selling DATE: 2/18/2013 [redacted] $944.96 Appliance refrigerator 29026 frigidaire $1,104.95 whynotleaseit paying 97.84 biweekly made 18 payments and buyout payment is$602.20 fridge started with error code 4 [redacted] came out will replace dampner &control unit still wasn't keeping food cold came again replaced wire harness still didn't keep my food cold came out again replaced control display again thawed out defroster still icing up ask for replacement said its up to [redacted] to make that choice Desired Settlementfree 5 year warrentyBusiness Response Percy's Appliance does stand by all the products that they sell and if the customer wants a 5 year parts and labor warranty to be satisfied, we can do that. The extended warranty will be mailed out to him with in 30 days.[redacted]

Poor quality of future purchased with no resolution to problem.I purchased a 4 piece sectional from percy's on 6/29/2013 and also purchased the guardsman leather 5yr furniture protection plan. Model #'s 1KLA.DARIUSACBROWN, 1KLA.DARIUSBKW90BROWN, 1KLA.DARIUSRRBROWN, 1KLA.DARIUSSECWBROWN, 1KLA.DARIUSLRCBROWN, 1KLA.DARIUSSTCBROWN. Totaling $1712.49. At the end of November of 2014 I contacted GUARDSMAN to put in a claim for my sectional started to break down in the cushion area on 3 of my pieces. They informed me on December 3, 2014 that the protection plan that I purchased doesn't cover these issues. I then called percy's ON December 8, 2014 and spoke with a male rep and explained my situation. He was very rude and told me that he would have [redacted]'s furniture repair company contact me. I never heard anything. I called back on 12/16/2014 to follow up and I explained the whole situation to [redacted] and she assured me that some would be calling me. The following week [redacted] furniture repair called me and scheduled an appointment. He came out to look at my sectional, took lots of pictures and said this was the worst breakdown of any furniture he's ever seen in his career after a year and a half. My sectional is unrepairable. The springs are falling out of the bottom of the sections and nothing can be done. At this point I called Percy's back and they informed me that there is nothing they can do for me because it has been over a year.Desired SettlementI am seeking a refund from percy's on my sectional that is not repairable. I am not new to purchasing furniture and shopped around before making my purchase and they had the sectional that would fit my space. I also purchased the protection plan thinking that it would cover any problems with my purchase but that's not true either. Also, I would like to know if Perry's is a licenced furniture dealer for I have never had problems like this from other furniture dealers in the area. As a matter of fact I purchased furniture from another local dealer 15 years ago and is still being used by a family member and is in better shape than this set that is under 2 years old. Now at this point I feel as though there has been poor customer service and false information on the protection plan that they are selling. In total I have spend just under $5000.00 in there store and at this point I would spend another penny do to not standing behind there items they sell. We are no longer doing business with the vendor who made her pieces so I have spoken with [redacted] and she has agreed to accept a refund of 1/2 of her purchase price for her 2 year old furniture. The refund will be for $775.00. Thank you again for letting us know we needed to step in and help. [redacted] Customer Service Percy's ApplianceConsumer Response I was in contact this morning with [redacted] from percys and resolved this issue with a refund for half the purchase price that should be issued this Thursday or no later than next Thursday.Thank you for your assistance.
