Ms. [redacted]'s termite control agreement with us was voided in April of 2014 for non payment of renewal fee of $150.00. This same thing happened in 2013 but she reinstated and paid it later in the year. Our billing is the same as it has been since before Mr Perdue passed in 2015. We bill month due...

and 2 additional  months before voiding the warranty. Our phone numbers and address are still the same as well and haven't been contacted at the office that I am aware of by Ms [redacted]. We are willing to reinstate her termite warranty with us but only after a full inspection has been done to her home as well as payment of last years and this years fees. Upon inspection we can determine what type of animal is chewing a hole in her home. Any questions should be directed to me. I bought Perdue Exterminators assets 3 years ago, and what happened prior to that I had no control over, However beginning with my ownership we put all the customers information that we had in their files in our computer system and no phone number was included with the [redacted] account. Until Mr...

[redacted] called last year we didn't have one. So he received the invoice with a request to call us to schedule an inspection. All of our renewal bills since purchasing Perdue have a note for the customer to call at their convenience to schedule a free termite inspection which comes with their warranty which is to cover them against having to pay the full treatment amount again. We did do an inspection last year, and as I explained to Mr [redacted] would be glad to do another this year. We have chosen to schedule our inspections as we feel it is important to be as thorough as possible when doing our inspections and in order to get inside would have to have an appointment. Other companies may choose to only check the outside which I feel is only a partial inspection and is not our policy to do. Again Mr [redacted]'s warranty with us covers against his having to pay for future treatments and offers a free annual inspection. We did call the number given to us last year a couple times to schedule but had received no return call until Mr [redacted] called yesterday and proceeded to file this complaint. We will not issue a refund as coverage against needed treatment for termites has been in effect for the 3 years I have owned this business. If you purchase insurance and don't  file a claim against money is not refunded as you were still covered against having to pay for it.

Review: I have been under contract for pest control services, since 1986, to Perdue. Until Mr. Perdue's death, my yearly coverage has never lapsed & all communication was always prompt & accurate. Since Mr. Perdue's death, the company will not answer my emails/calls. I can not determine the status of my coverage. I can not determine the last inspection visit (it was by the deceased). I don't know if they are in business, if they have transferred my warranty to another firm, & I do not know what has been done w/my 30 years of warranty payments.

I am hoping you know whether they are even operating &/or can cause them to respond to my inquiry.

I may be in an emergency situation, since an animal appears to have gnawed into my house and __???_____.

This is frustrating and very disappointing.
