I kept on receiving call from XXX-XXX-XXXX for several days, they said they were from Perennial Home and my duct cleaning was due. I checked the sticker on my furnace, and it seemed legitimate.
So I scheduled my visit for the 10th of January.
Since the duct cleaning, my house is heating only on one side, I suspect they may have closed on side of the vent.
For the vent cleaning of my 3 bedroom house I paid $99 including tax.
I have called numerous times and they refuse to get back to me, someone answers because they assume I'm calling to book an appointment. However, not that they recognize my number they refuse to answer.
Please help!
I want to come and fix the venting issue they caused, so my house can heat evenly as it was before.
