Review: Ordered tokens for the [redacted] in July and paid $3485.13 for the product, have not received the tokens. Attempted to contact company with no returned phone calls. See attached letter.

Review: [redacted]. ordered type "B" [redacted] one way type in September 2014. According to an email dated October 6, 2014 from a representative of Perey Turnstile The product was ready to be shipped on that date. [redacted] paid for the product in full, half with the order on September 9, 2014 ($2,377.15) and half on October 9, 2014 ($2,377.15) after receiving the email indicating that the product was complete and ready to be shipped. [redacted] has paid Perey in full, but never received the product. Since October 2014, [redacted] has called [redacted], sent emails and sent a registered letter, which went unclaimed, but has never received a return communication.Desired Settlement: Return of $4,754.30 by cash or certified check.

Review: After purchasing turnstiles from Perey Turnstiles, we learned that we also needed a security panel to achieve the functionality envisioned. On its recommendation, we placed an order with Perey Turnstiles for a TT/TR security access panel and software on May 1, 2013. That same day, Perey Turnstiles accepted the order and invoiced us $4,579.00 for the goods. The invoice required that we pay for the security panel in advance. On May 13, 2013, we paid the invoice in full. One of the terms on the invoice was "Ship Date: ASAP".After six weeks passed with no delivery, we became concerned that we may never receive the goods and that no one at Perey Turnstiles appeared engaged in resolving the issue. We called and emailed Perey Turnstiles seeking information on our order on June 12 (call), June 13 (two emails and one call); June 14 (call and email); June 17 (call and email); June 18 (email). Receiving virtually no response and no assurance that the goods would be delivered, we canceled the order on June 21, 2013, and requested a refund. We have since followed up with phone calls to Perey Turnstiles on June 27, July 5, July 12, and July 19, an email on July 19, and a letter on August 20 to try to secure a refund. Perey Turnstiles has not returned our calls, emails, or letters.Perey Turnstiles never delivered the promised goods or refunded the purchase price. We were forced to buy substitute goods to finish the project.Desired Settlement: We would like the $4,579.00 purchase price of the undelivered goods refunded.

Review: Company required cash in advance, which we gladly paid. 12 turnstiles, drawings and software were promised to be delivered 4 to 6 weeks from order. Units arrived 6 months later after continued follow up by us and threat of legal action. Items arrived with incorrect voltage for solenoids and without drawings and software. We purchased our own solenoids (at our cost) and a version of both the software and drawings were provided via email. The software does not meet the requirements as set out in the quote and as per many communications, and the drawings are incomplete. We have been promised resolution over 15 times. Many many many excuses and lies have been given and now we are simply being ignored. The system will not operate as supplied.Desired Settlement: Simply provide the correct drawings and software as ordered. We have proposed a far simpler resolution for the software (to which the owner of Perey agreed to supply). We are even prepared to take the software only and resolve the drawings ourselves. We are in their hands with regard to the software as it is proprietary.
