I went to this agency to file my taxes this year which was recommended to me by a relative. The wait time is rediculous. I did end up going close to the final dates of filing only due to work. This business is ran by a family. When I was seen I was seen by one of the sons of the owner of the establishment. It was very unprofessional. One of her grandchildren shut down the computer server so they had to restart every computer. She was also annoyed with a customer and slightly buligarent. I was seen by her son who kept talking about fishing and not coming into work. I paid 160 $ to file two years of taxes. The guy that was filing my return did not offer me any information on any deductibles or anything. I am paying for a service I should get a full service. Unfortunately for me that wasn't the case and I had to get my taxes amended to put in my deductibles. They tried to charge me an extra 25$ for amending my taxes. I was really upset and annoyed had the job been done correctly the first time I wouldn't have to amend it. I ended up calling the IRS to figure out what was going on with my return because it's 3 months later and I have yet to receive my return. They stated that it was never filed so now I paid for a service that was never given. The agency is now closed and their voice box is full. I would never use them again.
