I understand that my customer not happy about our serves but we delivered the serves and manager make the discount for whole check.i.did not see you complain about the acrylic and also I am going to send store credit for the unperfection.if this is still not fair I am sorry I could not understand is your "fair" really fair for everyone?

 It does not make any since to give someone credit to your store for they aren't happy with the service provide and at a fear of an infection or HIV from dirty and bloody equipment. I will seek a lawyer and contact the health department to make sure someone else does not have to go through this issue or worse. A simple   Reimbursement was the goal and I will never step foot in any perfect 10 again. We will have to let a lawyer settle this then.
