below We acknowledge the order placed by the customer on April 30, 2017. The customer ordered a Kappa Alpha Psi Sweater Vest (Item PER-APP408KAY). On April 30, due to the torrential rains in the area, our shop was flooded causing major delays in the processing of our online orders. The damage caused by the standing water included our blank inventory, finished goods, and embroidery materials. The customers order was impacted by this flood and we will not begin to process online orders until May 13th, As I researched our communications, Mr***'s email was inadvertently left off of our distribution list and therefore he was not made aware of our target of resuming operations on May 13th. During this time of crises, we hired a third party calling center to handle our incoming calls until the shop is back up and running. The call center is not able to resolve issues, but they provide a live person to talk with and they relay the messages back to our home office We have the blank sweater vest for the customer and will process all orders on a first in/first out basis starting on Saturday May 13th.
