I am rejecting this response because:Perfect auto and body has inspect and diagnosed the vehicle in question, which I have a estimate given for a used engine with over 70K not remanufacturedThe mechanic should be able to verify this information as wellIn addition, I have an additional witness ( [redacted] - From [redacted] -) to verify that Omar stated only the welding need to be changed which he was able to exchange from the older engineThis can be verified by [redacted] of [redacted] as he spoke with Omar also regarding this issue since they sold the engineI also suggested to return the engine again Omar stated he could exchange the welded part from the older engineWhen I brought the car back the first time I notify Omar of the other leaks, which they only fix the weldingFurthermore, I have a recording were I learned from the mechanic that the engine was bad and he told Omar the engine should have been returned and not installedI wish I could have dealt with Carlos during this process as I think things would have went smootherI only dealt Carlos on my initial visitOmar was the main point of contactSeveral times I called when Carlos picked up and was refer to talk to Omar regarding the carIn addition, there where several times when I would have to visit the shop after not getting return calls notifying me the status of the carIf [redacted] is needed to verify any information please let me know as a number can be providedI have been patience with this shop in fixing this car as they have had it for approximately monthsThank you for you help in this matterRegards, [redacted] ***

The oil filter was wrong and you ordered and put in the correct one As for your shop I was back different times for the same problem Regards, [redacted]

To whom it may concern, ** *** *** came to our shop at Perfect Auto & Body on March 13, and he spoke to one of our service advisor name Carlos** *** told Carlos that I just got diagnostic on my car from somewhere else in Rockville MD I believe and he was told by one of the mechanic
there that he needs a engine on his carHe did not let us diagnose his car and told our service advisor that I just want this engine replaceCarlos told * *** that he can get him prices for manufactured engine and prices for the laborAfter ** *** got the prices he start calling his friend or mechanic I guess and he told Carlos that I will buy my own manufacture engineCarlos and Omar told ** *** that we will not take the responsibility for the engine or the labor if you bring your own manufactured engine or any parts for this vehicleThen he start asking what if engine get bad after we fix the car, our answer were the same we will not be responsible for the engine or the labor if your car does not get fixed properly, unless we buy our own engine and sell it to you and we have already given you the prices for the manufactured engine and the laborHe said that's fine ill order my own engine and have you guys worked on it, So when we received the manufactured engine which was ordered by ** ***, We called him and told him that this engine is not good and told him please come and have a look and our mechanic will explain you what is wrong with this engine** *** came and we explained him very well and he understood us and then we again asked ** *** if we can get him a manufactured engine and he can return this engine and get his money back he said waitHe start calling the people where he bought the engine from and they told him that this engine is good and there is nothing wrong with so have the repair shop put the engine in the carthere was a welding on a bracket of the engineWe been told so many times that this engine is good and go head install the engineAfter we install the engine we let the car run and drove miles everything were seems fine** *** paid the labor and left, we revived a call from ** *** that engine light came onWe immediately told ** *** to bring the car back and we'll have the mechanic look at itAfter hour ** *** showed up and we put the car on the lift and start searching where is oil leaking fromafter the diagnostic we confirm that the oil is leaking from the same welding bracket placeWe told ** *** its leaking from there that's why we told you in the first place you should return this engine and get a good manufactured engineIf ** *** would have bought the engine from us he would never have seen this problemwe gave him loads of discount and labor off his bill which he's not telling aboutwe tried our best to keep him calm and satisfied himWe even showed him that there wasn't a lots of difference between our engine price and his what he paidPlease feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concern we can solved together Thanks Perfect Auto And Body Baltimore Ave Beltsville MD 20705C: *** *** ***P: *** *** ***

I am rejecting this response because: if your mechanics are ASE certified then being that I did bring the spark plugs and oil filter they could've easily refused and I would've taken both back. Instead your shop said "they looked the same" and put them in, did you check if they were correct? The oil filter was wrong and you ordered and put in the correct one. 
As for your shop I was back 5 different times for the same  problem.
