Unaware of enrollment in monthly program.
Charged 99.82 and 99.84 would like a refund and account cancelled.
I purchased a keto diet pill and a body cleanse from this company. The transaction date for this was 8/27/2020 for both one was 7.84 and the other 7.82
I read through all the fine print multiple times and never did I become aware if any recurring monthly program or of being enrolled or having to cancel anything.
I have been charged again by this company on 9/16/2020 for $99.82 and $99.84
One would think that if they read the fine print that any enrollment Or recurring charges would be extremely obvious.
I never would have ordered this product if I was going to be enrolled into a recurring monthly program.
I woukd like to resolve this by receiving a refund and account being cancelled.

Desired Outcome

I would like to receive a refund of the $99.82 and $99.84 charges and to be taken off any billing cycles and my account be cancelled.

Your trial started when you placed the order on 08/26/2020 and ended on 09/12/2020 in which we didn't receive any call from you thus your account has remained active and charged you for another month's supply of the products.
We have cancelled your account today 09/30/2020 and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $199.66 today without the need to return any of our products.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

I accept their response as long as my account is cancelled and the charges are refunded.according to their response that is what is happening.

Deceptive Sales Practices Unauthorized charging of credit card
On 7/18/2020, I was charged $6.82 and $6.84 by this company, I did not initially notice these charges as they were small and had not reconciled credit card account yet this month. On August , 2020, I saw charges of $89.84 and a second charge of $89.82 by a company were showing as pending charges on my card. As I had never heard of the company and knew I had not ordered anything from them I contacted my bank to dispute the charges. After being provided the name of the company that charged my card from my bank as the online site did not show full company name, I found the company had a very poor reputation and does this regularly. They apparently charge people without authorization, in my case without ever authorizing any charge to my card. I have never heard of the company, have never purchased anything from this company and have no clue how they obtained my card information. Chase Bank, is launching an investigation and will refund the disputed charges I am sure.

Desired Outcome

Refund of all charges without need to go thru dispute process with bank.

I accept the response as they are providing the requested resolution to the issue. I would like to clarify that I never ordered a trial or sample or anything else as they are implying in the response to the complaint.

In March 2020, I placed an order for 2 KetoGenix samples priced at $6.82 , and $6.84. All I was consenting to was the samples of the product.

KetoGenix Cleanse, KetoGenix Detox or as billed Perfect Body Cleanse: $89.82 and Perfect Body Garcinia:$89.84 billed to my credit card, unauthorized. March 2020 to August 2020, monthly, totalling $718.64. I could not find a phone number or address to investigate why I was receiving product I hadn't ordered or authorized. finally I turned to my credit card company who gave me the phone number to contact the company. I did call "Samantha" who quoted company policy that states "according
to them"' that there is a no refund, no return policy and that I automatically consented to when I did not call within a time limit they claim was specified in the Ad.
Therefore, no refund would be forthcoming. I never saw any disclaimer or deadline for cancellation for something I never signed up for. I do hope my credit card company can get some satisfaction for me.

I hope for a full refund and that Revdex.com will do it's best to expose the abuses that myself and others have experienced from the Perfect Body Cleanse, Perfect Body Garcinia: otherwise known as KetoGenix Cleanse, KetoGenix Detox.

I accept the apology and the response of the business, however, in my opinion, it would be better business practice to allow the customer to reorder personally rather than assuming they wish to reorder because they do not cancel within your deadline I have noticed other customers have shared their dismay at this practice.

Advertised a sample bottle of weight loss pills for $6 ea., charges you $90 each stating a 14 day trial that is never mentioned during purchase.
On 2/23/2020, I saw a link on Facebook for KetoGeniks weight loss pills. Advertised was a sample bottle for $6, then you are prompted to buy the KetoGeniks Detox pills and only pay for shipping, another $6. I was charged $6.82 for one and $6.84 for the other. On March 11, 2020, I was charged $89.84 and a second charge of $89.82 by a Perfect Body. When I called to question the charges, I was told I had signed up for a 14 day trial period where if they did not hear from me, I would be charged the full price. No where during this purchase was anything written about a trial period. No where on the link was there a full price of any amount shown other than the $6. When speaking to their customer service, I was continually put on hold only to have the 'representative ' come back and offer refunds that started at $20 and went up everyone she returned. When I finally said I was going to report them to the Revdex.com she offered a $70 refund on each bottle. The problem with this is I had seen the pending unauthorized charges, believed my card number to have been stolen and had my bank deactivate my card to prevent any further theft. My bank, the Alabama Teachers Credit Union, is launching an investigation and will hopefully refund the disputed charges, but how do they get the money from Perfect Body considering they can not send it back to a deactivated card? Please intervene and shut this business down. There are many Facebook users who have fallen victim to this scam. They have even removed the advertised link where they were illegally siting Adele, the artist, as a user and spokesperson for their product. But they are still selling this and using the same scam of false advertisement and illegally charging people's accounts.

I am seeking a full refund of both charges of $89.84 and $89.82.

Your account has been refunded for $70 on each charges without being required to return the products. You should see the refund within 3-5 business days.
