A few months ago, I naively went to Perfect Body, using one of the flyers they always include with the paper for "half price" Like the other reviewer said, they quote an astronomical price and then act like you're getting a "bargain" When I went home and researched after the fact, I realized that you could go to a dermatologist in Manhattan who KNOWS what they are doing for the same or less money Saleswoman J*** (who had this treatment and whose mouth is crooked and face deformed, I guess that should have been my clue to RUN) pushed me to have the thermage (this treatment is questionable, PLEASE research first if you are planning on having done, so you can see people's experience), also claiming this would make me look younger and last for years Well, the lovely young woman who administered the treatment was pleasant enough but apparently didn't know what she was doingNot only did she do nothing positive, but I ended up with lines and dents on my chin that I didn't have previously Honestly, even with the $cost, I would have been okay with NO results, but for them to have damaged me this way (and apparently the damage can continue for up to a year, I fear for what other surprises are in store) is unconscienable I write on this site because they have a flood of positive (I'm sure mostly fake) reviews on other sites, and if I can save anyone from making the mistake and heartache of having this treatment, I feel I should I am consulting a plastic surgeon to see if he can correct the damage they caused

This is a waste of time I had a horrible experience here and wasted $at the long island location on sunrise highway One of the staff members even burnt me during one of the procedures I should/should've sued the company I went in for a skin tightening and fat melting procedures of my love handles and abdominal area over several weeks and it was a waste of my time and hard earned money Here I am months later and my skin is still loose, the fat is still here, and Perfect body just took my money and didn't hold up to their end of the bargain The facilities look nice because they are ripping people off, burning people and harming people Please don't come here I'm going to report this to the Revdex.com and see if I can get my money backPLEASE AVOID HERE

I am a happy customer of Perfect BodyI went there to recieve some skin tightening on my stomach after having my second child two years agoI did both Exilis Elite and Thermage CPTMy results were really worth what I paidI found good value in doing this versus having surgery I also found comfort in the knowledge of the work staff at Perfect Body
Everytime I went there they were very busy doing treatments, which made me very comfortableThe Nurse who did my treatment (Michele) has been there since and she was amazing! I believe in good service, and in businesses which have stood the test of timePerfect Body has proven that good service and great people still exist in business

I had a really nice experience at Perfect Body. I have been a patient there for several years. I had Laser Hair Removal and tattoo removal done and they both worked wonderful. The staff is great and extremely helpful and friendly. The only (small) issue I have had in the past is trying to get early appointments. I wish I was able to go in before work as opposed to after work. Otherwise, Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics has been wonderful!

I was pleasantly surprised with the Fraxel treatments I received at Perfect Body. My skin looks 10x better and the process was fairly easy. They put me with the same Esthetician for all of my treatments. Carla is Excellent! The staff was courteous and always professional. I would highly recommend Perfect Body to anyone looking to have quality treatments by true laser professionals.

The sales person in this business has used dispicable sales tactics by taking advantage of the elderly. My ** year old mother was pressured into a sales agreement and loan for a skin tightening procedure. It is clear that the sales person took advantage of my mothers mental state. My mother was pressured into signing documents and paying in full for an 8 visit procedure on the first visit. My mother and I requested to cancel the remaining visits on this front loaded sale and the company continues to call her. Dispicable work ethic, my opinion never do business with them.

Review: Perfect Body charged me over 3500 for treatments to perform non-surgical tummy tuck in which all I had was one treatment and then they told me to come back next year I never had anymore treatments done there was no doctor in the office when I asked to speak to one and when I called the office the always put me on hold and say the office manager isn't there i've been having this problem since day one and no I saw no results how could I after just one treatment but i'm stuck with paying 3500 for a horrible serviceDesired Settlement: I want either my credit card refunded or the treatments I was suppose to get but after all this I really don't want to even step foot in that rude office

[redacted] came in on September **, 2012 with her friend [redacted]. They sat with our consultant asking for our non-surgical "tummy tuck". They both agreed to have our Thermage treatment done. Thermage is a ONE TIME treatment that takes 8-10 months to show full results in a person. Thermage goes deep into the body to break up the fat cells and rebuild the collagen and restore the body's natural cells so it is a gradual change over time. The combined treatment of both [redacted] and [redacted] was a total of $15,800.00 which we discounted to $7,550.00 as a package and promotional deal. In [redacted]'s complaint she states that she contacted us on 11/**, 2/** and 8/**. [redacted] has never contacted our office to make any complaints or express any discontent with services. She also states that her purchase price was $7579.00 which is not the amount she was charged. Also, the total price of $7550.00 was actually financed by her frie nd, [redacted], not by [redacted]. She requests her money back- which was not in her name, or to receive the treatments she was supposed to- but she did receive the treatment on 9/**/12- the same day she signed her sales agreement. [redacted], [redacted]'s friend and the one who financed the treatment, contacted us once 1 month after her treatment. It was explained to her again that it was a one time treatment and the results happen gradually over the course of 8- 10 months. Approximately 2 weeks after her call, we received a Revdex.com complaint from [redacted] requesting a refund of $7553.00 because she was unhappy with her services, that she had still not allowed for the full extent of her treatment. After that complaint was resolved we received a dispute from her credit card company claiming she did not receive treatments- which she did- on 9/**/12, just as [redacted] did. That complaint was resolved due to falsified information. When our company confronted [redacted] regarding her fa lse claims and complaints her response was " I'm very sorry. It was a misunderstanding. I've been very sick lately". Their 10 month period was as of July **, 2013. With each of our clients we have them come back in after treatment for post-treatment photos so that the client can see the before and after and visually see the results they received. Both [redacted] and [redacted] have not come in for their post-treatment photos nor their re-evaluation. If they were to have done so, we would have re-evaluated their progress and may have elected to do re-touching if necessary. Instead, we now receive the Revdex.com complaint from [redacted], since [redacted] has exhausted her options, saying she is unhappy with the treatments, etc. This complaint is not an issue at all, it is just a ploy between two friends to try to get money back for a treatment they had both had done. Both [redacted] and [redacted] signed all releases stating that they were explained the treatment and the process and that they agreed to still continue with the treatment. They also signed that it is understood that results are seen differently with different people and that certain results cannot be guaranteed. If [redacted] and [redacted] had contacted us after their 10 month period and done their re-evaluations and photos we could have addressed their concerns in a civilized manner, but neither of them opted to contact us in any way- false accusations through the credit card company or the Revdex.com are not the way to handle the concerns that these clients have. Our company has been around as long as we have because we aim to please our clients and we often go to further extents to help them receive the results they are looking for. Unfortunately, [redacted] and [redacted] never gave us the opportunity to do that for them. They have been "unhappy" customers since a month after their treatment which I can only assume is because they do not want to pay off their credit card balance from their treatments.

The Sales person Adrianne comes across as very nice and caring. She comes across very empathetic and then hits you with an enormous price and discounts it at 50% to make you think you're getting a deal but it's a shady sales tactic. I was verrrry disappointed with my results and was told that it would last for 8 years. She creates "false hope" and every time I went for a treatment they had different people working there. That says a lot about the company "high turnover". I complained and met with Adrianne again and she told me they would keep treating me until I get the results I am looking for. I went for a few more treatments but NO-ONE followed up with me. It took me at least 4x to call and get an appointment and she certainly wasn't in a rush to see if I was happy with my results. I had gone back in there 5 months later after last treatment and said I did not get the results that were promised and I am not happy. She showed me pics before and after and it really looks as if they are photo shopped with the creative lighting that they use. The whole place is bogus and they play with people emotions and take tons of $$$$$$ from people. They should be so ashamed of themselves. I am disgusted with Perfect Body; they totally take advantage of people and I pray the word is spread so people won't be as naive as I had been and taken advantage of.

I have tried numerous times to leave a negative review directly on Perfect Body's Website. I believe they work together with Customer Lobby and only print the positive reviews and maybe put a negative review in once in a while. Customer Lobby asked for proof. They received everything and still will not post my review. This is going on for two years now! Having received Thermage and Exilis Elite treatments, my before and after pictures show absolutely nothing! If Perfect Body would use my before and after pictures, they would not get any business! Sadly a total waste of my money!

Review: On 4/**/2013 I contracted with Perfect Body Laser and Aesthetics, apparently also known as Perfect Body Image. The address is the same for both. This company was recommended by the Dr Oz TV show which lent it some credibility. I also believed their sales pitch which was a big mistake. Upon my first meeting with representatives of this company I was given a slick, convincing presentation. I was very encouraged. I was told verbally that if I was not satisfied with the procedure I would be given a full refund. A statement which was later denied. The first sign that things were not as they should be was when I felt pressured into signing up for a Care Credit account which I did not want or need. I was very much encouraged to sign up for this credit account which would allow Perfect Body to receive all of their money up front, $8000.00 in my case. Instead of paying as I went along, they got all the money up front. I received the treatments which I now feel were ineffective nonsense. They took before and after photos which cost more money and are proof that the procedure was totally useless. I feel that I have been cheated out of over $8000.00. The more I told Perfect Body of my displeasure the more rude and belligerent they became. I requested a refund from Perfect Body and was denied. I then disputed the charge with Care Credit and was again denied. It appears that these two companies work hand in hand to their mutual benefit.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for the more than $8000.00 I lost. I would also like to stop this company from defrauding other people in the future. This company should be shut down.

On behalf of Perfect Body, I would like to thank you for bringing the concerns of [redacted] to our attention and allowing us an opportunity to address her complaints. As a company, Perfect Body prides itself in the highest standard of care and patient satisfaction.

To date, all of [redacted] contracted treatments were fully rendered successfully and without incident. [redacted] has contacted our office regarding this dispute and prior to receiving the dispute claim from Care Credit (August **, 2013), Perfect Body’s owner had personally spoke to [redacted] about her claims. He reinforced post-treatment instructions and the expectations of all contracted services which were completed successfully.

As per that phone conversation on (Sept *, 2013: 1:14pm), it was agreed that [redacted] will be coming back in December 2013 for a re-evaluation. At that time, Perfect Body may elect to do re-touching of services as needed.

An appointment was set for December **, 2013 and the dispute was resolved and a refund is inappropriate.

As you can see, Perfect Body Laser's response to you is as slick as the presentation made to me when I first went to them. Equally slick was their response to Care Credit. I did not expect anything different. Perfect Body is not going to refund any portion of my money because they know that legally they don't have to and morally, well obviously they have no morals. It was very much my mistake signing a contract that gave them all the rights and protection, leaving me with none. Shame on me, I should have been smarter and known better. This matter will not be resolved until Perfect Body refunds all of my money. I realize that The Revdex.com has no power to enforce anything. Hopefully someday Perfect Body and their [redacted] will be prosecuted for their actions. I will do what I can to see to it that day comes soon.

Review: I received 1 laser treatment and initially signed up for 3. I chose not to move forward with the rest of the treatments and asked to be refunded the difference. The I was told that even though I received only 1 treatment I would have to pay "market value" which is extremely higher than what prices are in the market. My entire transaction price for all 3 treatments was $13,000.00. I paid $1,000.00 in cash and the rest was financed with Care Credit. For one treatment I was charged $10,000.00. When I went into the office to get a small refund, Care Credit notified me and let me know that my monthly payments will stay exactly the same. I was told by the representative at Perfect Body that my payments will INDEFINITELY be lowered once they provide the refund. According to Care Credit, that is not the case. Perfect Body is supposed to refund the full amount and re-charge everything in a seperate transaction. I spoke to two different people at perfect Body and they gave me the run around saying they can't do anymore than they have already done, when the representative at Care Credit specifically said they spoke to someone at Perfect Body and they said they will take care of this transaction in order for my payments to be lower. I contacted Perfect Body again, and they said they cannot do a refund and a re-charge because "Its not good for business". The whole purpose of not going through with the rest of the treatments is due to my new mortgage and I cannot afford to do all treatments which is why I asked for the refunded difference in the first place. I was promised a lower monthly payments and was told that there will be no issues moving forward. I have been back and forth with Perfect Body trying to resolve the issue. I was told because they already got paid they have the right to charge me the high price they did and im responsible for the payments. They also told me that I should pay with my own personal credit card and pay the transaction in full and take care of the payments myself because there is nothing more that they can do for me. They basically are messing me over after they promised I wouldnt have this issue.Desired Settlement: I need the refund and re-charge to be done in order for my payments to be lowered, as PROMISED. I also need for the charge to be lowered and charged fairly and not the ridiculous amount of money that was charged for their services.

In short, this issue was handled after this letter had been generated. I personally spoke to the Client and made certain she was satisfied with my successful.

service was poor was burnt with the laser by assistant, felt I was way overcharged and way under satisfied treatments made no difference and I had faint marks to remove not worth the money at all I would seek out other more qualified places and they are not certified the one doctor is but you only see her for the consultations. very unhappy will the entire experience.
