receive an offer from Perfect Cut Painting and Drywall to resolve the issue.  They had almost a year to fix the issue and as recently as Jan of this year indicated they would take care of it.  They made no attempt to contact us regarding the issue.   We are still seeking a refund of our money.  Regards,  [redacted]
