Review: I signed a contract with Perfect Cut in March. I was told a few days after signing the contract that they would be here on 6/**. I took a personal day from work so I could be here when they were working. My wife was home recovering from surgery, so I brought her to her mother's house for the day along with the kids. On 6/** one of the trees (a double red oak) fell on my garage, fence, and roof causing $5000 of damage. I called Perfect Cut and [redacted], the owner came over. He sent a crew that cleared the brush from the roof, allowing the utility company to work. I agreed to leave the wood on the house because they were scheduled to be here on Monday 6/**. On 6/** a crew arrived 2.5 hours late and left a few minutes after their arrival because it was starting to rain. The tree was still on the house and the crew did not tell me they were going to leave. I had no idea when they would return. I called the office and they could not tell me when they would be back to take the tree off my house and some one would let me know. A few hours had passed and not return call. I called again they gave me no information and I asked to speak with [redacted], the owner. [redacted] never called and the office gave me no info. I called to find out they would be here the next day (6/**). My wife called me at work around 10:00 am because perfect cut had not arrived. We did not get a phone call from them, however, I called and they said they could not come and did not know why I was told they would be there and again on one could tell me when they would be back. The tree was still on the house. I called later in the day and they said with the tree on the house the best they could do was friday. Again I requested to speak to [redacted] and he never called. I made several addition calls to try to get them here to get the tree off the house. Finally, after numerous calls perfect cut came on wednesday 6/**. The work was very good but not worth the headaches trying to get them here. Their web site says emergency service available, however I don't understand why the tree on our home was not considered an emergency or priority. Additionally, [redacted] told me that he would send paper work for my insurance company with the guys. The brought nothing with them. When I called the office they did not know what I needed. I made a phone call on 6/** and they said it was in the mail. Two days later I called about the paper work and was told it would be mailed out the next day. It still did not arrive. I drove to their office on 6/** to pick it up.Desired Settlement: I would like to speak with [redacted], the owner of the company about this situation

To whom It may Concern,

[redacted] whom filed this complaint neglected to inform you that it rain Monday and Tuesday we do not

work in the rain it is to dangers the trees are very slippery. We told [redacted] that the first dry day we would

be there lo take the tree off the garage with our 40 ton crane. We had already gone there to clear all tile branches

for the utility company to reconnect there lines. As for [redacted] requesting to speak to the owner [redacted] he is out in

the field Bam to 9pm at night doing estimates. We did not charge our emergency rate to [redacted]. We feet that we

tool every good care of [redacted] in a timely manor. We also went above and beyond as far spreading topsoil.
