Calls to customer service # X-XXX-XXX-XXXX are going unaddressed even after allowing for a hours window to respond I am looking to take advantage of the warranty on an electric heated queen size mattress pad that was purchased in December As per the warranty, I contacted the customer service number When the line is answered a message starts informing of the customer service hours (9AM - 8PM EST; Mon-Fri) After a few minutes another messages comes on saying due to high volume of calls to leave a message and my call will be returned The message continues stating it could take up to hours for a reply All of my calls have been between 6:30PM -7:30PMwith in said customer service hours This is the first opportunity I get to call after I get home from work I left a message as requested I left my home phone number hoping for a call back the same evening as well as my cell phone number in case the return call would occur the following day Clearly stating why the

Failure to provide replacement blanket as stated On 12/I called and spoke to a rep and was advised that I would need to return both of my electric blankets A carrier sent from your company picked up both of the blankets on 1/ I was told I would receive a replacement within 7-days It has now been over a month I have called numerous times and have not received a replyCan you please tell me when my blanket will be shipped to my home? I purchased two blankets and had problems with both of them One was replaced and the other was not! Both org blankets were returned as the rep didn't believe that I purchased two Please see the photo attached that I took before the carrier took them I purchased both blankets in August from Bed Bath and Beyond
