To whom it may concern,Mr [redacted] approached me after his wash, he told me his windshield was cracked and he wanted to know how he would be paid for it I walked with Mr [redacted] to his vehicle and looked at it myself It looked like a rock chip I then went directly to review the video tape of mr [redacted] entering our premises prior to the wash being performed I found evidence in the video of a crack in the windshield I advised Mr [redacted] to come and watch the video with me He watched the video and insisted that the video showed a bug not a crack I asked Mr [redacted] to have his vehicle checked out by a windshield repair specialist He refused and told me that I'm "full of bologna" At that point I advised Mr [redacted] that I was done with the conversation Not only do I have video of the crack in Mr [redacted] 's windshield prior to his service here at our facility but we also have a sign clearly posted at the entrance to our wash that states we are not responsible for windshields that crack due to rock chips This issue is common with all car washes in the warmer months of the year because when you wash a windshield with a small rock chip in it, the chip can spread I have spoken with several professional windshield companies and they are all in agreement that it is very difficult to break a windshield (especially at a hand wash business)and That it is very common for windshields to expand cracks during a wash.I would be happy to speak to anyone at the Revdex.com regarding this issue and show the video of the vehicle prior to the wash and discuss this matter I urge Mr [redacted] to have his vehicle checked by a professional to see if they agree that could happen during a car wash and then we can revisit this incident Due to the fact that this problem with Mr [redacted] 's vehicle was pre-existing we can not take responsibility for it Please feel free to give me a call to review this matter.Thank you, [redacted] Five Star Auto Center [redacted]

The owner and Mr*** spoke today and came upon and agreementSince Mr*** still owes 100$ and wanted to reimbursed $for the t-moldingsThey agreed on Mr*** keeping his $and perfect flooring issuing a check to him for $to make everything evenThe check was mailed out this afternoon so Mr*** will receive that check before this Monday October 6th

We are waiting on T-molding they were back orderedAs soon as t-molding are available for pick up they will be delivered and installed and customer would then be expected to pay the remaining 100$ for the overall Estimate given for job

This is simply a lie that T-moulding is back-orderedThey haven't ordered it right away
- Why didn't they call me and let me know it's back ordered*** kept telling me tomorrow it will be doneIt turns out he was just trying to avoid my call
- Why such t-moulding gets backordered for months ? It's a joke
- They could just get unfinished one and paint them laterThey were asking this option to the installerBut, never brought it to my home
I simply can't trust this company anymore.
The project is started Aug and now it's already Oct
I will just do it myselfThey should pay back $to me and that's the estimated price of T-moulding they never brought to my place.
