Trial for $+ shipping had hidden terms of days to cancel before being charged $per month I scanned terms as and did not see this requirement When calling to ask about charges on my account I was told about the days I am very disappointed in how this was hidden and I was charged $+ $when I thought I signed up for a day trial for $total for products After threatening a review with Revdex.com, I was given a 50% credit very easily...guessing this happens all the time for the Perfect Garcinia company I would advise against using this company

When I signed up I was under the impression that I was getting a 30 day trial, however the emails I received stated it was only a 14 day trial. Once the products came, it was in fact a 30 day trial. I tried them and they did not have the affect they are supposed to have. About a month later, I noticed a $93 charge to my account and couple days after that a $72 charge. I waited to see if more of the product came and they had not. Again this month, I was charged the $93 and before the $72 would charge, I called immediately. They told me that in the "terms and conditions" it states that you have the 14 day trial and then need to pay for the remainder of the product.. hence the product really being for 30 days. They informed me that was what I was billed for in April. I asked why I was being billed again with no product received? and the lady said that it says it will auto bill afterwards and a new shipment will be sent. I said I did not sign up for that and none of that was mentioned anywhere in the emails your company sent me, I asked to cancel immediately before the $72 was charged. They wouldn't refund me the $93 but that's fine as long as I never get involved with this again. Then when trying to cancel she tells me I'm eligible for a 50% off membership for the rest of my life.... YEAH RIGHT, this place is a joke, stay away!

I contacted the company told me they do not issue because by signing up I agree to the term of product. They was not agree to refund my the lady was rude and put me on hold and never came back. She did send me a email cancelling my order but I am t sure If that will help in further money being taken out of bank account. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM ALSO THE LINK IT GIVE YOU BOGUS.
