On March 22, [redacted] signed an agreement with Perfect Lawns of Austin to perform lawn maintenance at her property Ms [redacted] services that she choose mowing at visits per year, which is weekly service during the growing season - estimated scheduled on back of agreement (signed copy of agreement attached) and shrub trimming/winter cleanup at times per year.We performed the first mowing on March 27, Mrs paid for this service on May 22, 2012In April, per the agreement, we mowed the property times and performed the 1st shrub trimming - Mrspaid for these services on May 26, 2012.In May, per the agreement we mowed the property times - Mrsmade partial payments for these services on May 26, and July 13, - there is balance that remains outstandingIn June, per the agreement we mowed this property times, and performed, per agreement, our 2nd shrub trimming - these services have not been paid.In July, per agreement we mowed times - these services have not been paidOn August 3, an email was sent to Ms [redacted] advising that we must receive a payment by August 15, in order to avoid disruption of services The email was returned as undeliverable A phone call was placed to Ms [redacted] the same day and a message was left on her voice mail to please call us regarding the status of her accountOn August 6, 2012, Mrs [redacted] called and said that she had signed up for every week mowing and only one shrub trimming She stated that she was willing to pay for one shrub trimming Mrs [redacted] stated that unless we straightened this out immediately she was going to cancel her service.It was explained to Mrsthat we could change her schedule to every weeks and cancel the shrub trimming, but that we had performed the services that she had signed up for in the agreement.We changed the schedule based on her request of August 6, 2012, but due to non payment we never serviced the property after her request for change in schedule from what was requested in the signed agreementOn November 8, with no payment received we sent a certified letter to Ms [redacted] asking her to contact our office regarding her account, but the letter was returned unclaimed after three attempts by the postal serviceOn April 11, 2014, we sent another certified letter to Ms [redacted] asking her to contact our office regarding her account, but again this letter was returned unclaimed after three attempts by the post service.Perfect Lawns of Austin provided the services that Ms [redacted] requested per the signed agreement When Ms [redacted] called and requested a change in service, we changed the service schedule We also provide Ms [redacted] with the reason we had been mowing a different schedule is because that is what she had requested via the signed agreement Ms [redacted] was provided a copy of the agreement at the time of signing and with the letters that we attempted to mail to her

In June, per the agreement we mowed this property 4 times, and performed, per agreement, our 2nd shrub trimming - these services have not been paid.In July, per agreement we mowed 5 times - these services have not been paid. On August 3, 2012 an email was sent to Ms. [redacted] advising that we must receive a payment by August 15, 2012 in order to avoid disruption of services.  The email was returned as undeliverable.   A phone call was placed to Ms. [redacted] the same day and a message was left on her voice mail to please call us regarding the status of her account. On November 8, 2012 with no payment received we sent a certified letter to Ms. [redacted] asking her to contact our office regarding her account, but the letter was returned unclaimed after three attempts by the postal service. On April 11, 2014, we sent another certified letter to Ms. [redacted] asking her to contact our office regarding her account, but again this letter was returned unclaimed after three attempts by the post service.Perfect Lawns of Austin provided the services that Ms. [redacted] requested per the signed agreement.  When Ms. [redacted] called and requested a change in service, we changed the service schedule.  We also provide Ms. [redacted] with the reason we had been mowing a different schedule is because that is what she had requested via the signed agreement.  Ms. [redacted] was provided a copy of the agreement at the time of signing and with the letters that we attempted to mail to her.
