Review: [redacted] was paid in full for a job on February 13,2015, invoice #10773 and as of March 24, 2015 has not fulfilled his job. The job involved 1000 post cards to be mailed to 2 different zip codes, and the post cards still have not been sent. I have called this man @ [redacted] over 42 times and left messages, texts, and emails. This would be considered theft as he has taken money without producing work. He lied to my attorney on march 24,2015 that I had not called or left him messages, however my attorney ,had phone records including text and voicemail messages as she spoke with him, she informed him that she had the phone records. She asked him to produce postal receipts by the end of business on march 24, 2015 at 7:10pm he still hasn't produced the receipts. He has lied to me over and over whenever I would catch him by using another phone number. I will proceed with legal action because this is in fact THEFT! AND THEFT IS AGAINSGT THE LAW!Desired Settlement: I WANT THE POST CARDS OUT TODAY! THE JOB IS PAID FOR AND I WANT IT DONE NOW
