Revdex.com:I did report this matter to my credit card company before the money was issued back, it is not fraud If She wants to reverse the credit card transaction, all she has to do is write a letter within to my credit card company saying that she has sent the check via mail This all was in process at the same time and I did not know that she was going to issue a refund I Took the steps I felt necessary after the phone call, but, it is just a matter of writing that letter stating that the refund was issued by check and the will reverse the credit A little due diligence on a business owners side in the first place would have alleviated the extra work I reported the issue at the same time, to both Revdex.com and my credit card UNKNOWING THAT A REFUND WOULD BE ISSUED BY EITHER, not fraud But, as I said, all she has to do is write a letter within days Stating she sent a check There is nothing I can do with my credit card company at this point.Sincerely, [redacted]

The customer and her son were both provided the services she requested.  Her stylist spent a lot of time with her on this haircut.  When looking at her new haircut in the mirror while still at the salon, she stated how much she loved her cut.
The woman who contacted her...

from our business is the District Manager of the area who indicates that she did advise her who she was and what she was calling about.
That being said, we will go ahead and refund the customers’ money, today, for both her and her son’s haircuts.  We request however that she please find a different salon to get her hair done in the future.
Please provide confirmation that you have received this contact from our business as you requested.

Regarding Perfect Look #126 and complaint filed by [redacted].
 
I responded to this complaint on 2/8/2016 and a refund in the amount of $28.90 was processed.  Ms. [redacted] endorsed the check and it has cleared our bank.  She now has reversed the charges through her credit card company.  This in and of itself should be considered fraud.
 
We would like this made a part of this complaint.  We of course have responded to the credit card company but again, request that this be made a part of this complaint.
