I was pleased that the product arrived 2 days earlier than expected but the cincher I received was too big. I ordered based on their size chart and numerous Instagram posts advising customers to order based on the size chart. Not a big deal until I called to ask about exchanging for a smaller size and was told that I would have to pay for the shipping to send it back as well as a $10 restocking fee. I could understand this for a return but for an exchange it's ridiculous especially since the size was bought based on their recommendation. So now on top of paying for the product itself plus the $15 shipping cost, I have to pay another $15 to send it back and another $10 for them to restock it. That's almost the cost for another cincher. They should really work on their exchange policies and process. This is ripping their customers off. I do a lot of online shopping and every other establishment sends a return label in case you have to return in. Maybe if that was included I would not mind the restocking fee but to have to pay both is crazy.
