To whom it May Concern,l am writing in response to complaint ID [redacted] When the customer came in for services we ask her what she needed done and she told us she wanted her foot and nails cloneWhen the nail technician soak to soak her in the foot station she complaint that is was dirtyWe immediately switch her station right awayWhen a customer walk into our salon to get service done we always tell ask them what they want and tell them the friend before we start serviceWe explained to her everything before starting service, so we don't overchargedThis customer in particular agreed to the price of services that why she made the paymentUsually if the customer is not happy with the service they can compliant to me before paying as stated in our store policy displayed on the wall.When she complained to me about being overcharged, offered her half of the refund, five dollars of the extra ServiceShe refused and got really loud and rude to everyone in the salonIf she like I can give her back five dollars, which is half of the price of the extra servicesPlease contact me at [redacted] if you have further questions.Sincerely,Loc L*

Good Evening,After many texts, Tina returned our and we exchanged them out for the gift certificates

She came in 12/26/14. Her name is [redacted]. We gave her what she wanted.

I am rejecting this response because: These are all false allegatons. I had a witness with me to resolve this is issue. I was not offered a refund. I was told that I would be charged additional fees to remove the nails. The nail tech stated to me that "he doesn't have to explain to me what was being used" in front of my witness as well as another technician. The other technician as well as my witness and myself all explained to him that you're supposed to due to health reasons. The other technician said something else in their language because he began speaking in a calmer and lower tone. I wasn't being rude to anyone in the store. My witness and I sat down and waited for an hour to speak with someone while she calmed me down because I was getting frustrated at the fact that they were dismissing me. When they weren't trying to hear me out, it was suggested to me to contact the Revdex.com an let them resolve it.

Review: I have been going to this business for many years. Around The week of Christmas 2014, my husband purchased two gift certificates for services at $32 each, total $64.00. He purchased enough for services and a tip. They accepted the cash, provided two gift certificates(adding a 6 month expiration date) which I thought they could not do. Two weeks later, we called to get an appt. no answer after many calls. My husband drove down to the shop and is closed with asign of a new business coming soon.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $64.00 cash
