Perfect Packers Moving & Storage

Absolutely horribleAvoid at all costs
We hired Perfect Packers, Not because they were the lowest bid, they weren't, but because of the salesmanHe seemed to represent a decent caring company that would honestly try their best to deliver our household goods on time
I requested that the movers bring alone several telescopic mirror/picture boxes on the date of the move so I may package our pictures and mirrorThey movers showed up with So they had to pack them just to repack them at the warehouse
On the date of our move, they were late
We were quoted a delivery window of April 12th to the 18thOn April 11th we received a phone call from the van lines inquiring what the delivery address wasThis had been confirmed several times BEFORE the movers arrivedI was then informed that our delivery would be delivered from the 18th to the 28th, because the truck had already returned
On the 18th of April, we received notification that our household goods would be delivered on the 20thWell, today on the 19th, I received an email from the salesman informing me that "The drivers schedule has changed and now appears that your shipment will deliver on Friday or Saturday of this week." He then continues with " This is not a guarantee but it is based on the best information we have at this time."
