Items arrive with no receipt item state size 2x look like lg. shoes Dirty on heel poor Quality.When picked up shipment from office 7/2/2015 @ 2pm open the box and notice no receipt. looked at items didn't like what I received. call #[redacted]. tell explain my concern and the owner [redacted] was Rude talking with me and another customer at the same time (unprofessional). Tried to state my concerns. She was to Busy telling me how long the been in business. and the items was one of there top sealer, instead of listening to the customer concerns. Never have I interact with anyone that works in customer service that was so unprofessional and loud couldn't get a word in. so I just simply told her I'm not going to Argue I would be filling a complaint. Frist time ordering from this company and will be my last..Desired Settlement I don't want anything from this store. no store credit I want my refund.$78.10Business Response Hello , thank you for this feed back ..as we have been in business for over 5years ..this is the first complaint we have ever had about our products . When purchasing online their is a receipt available online to be printed out once the order has been printed .. Once the order has been made all items are check through processing b4 shipping .. The customer ordered a very popular item (tee shirt dress ) that fits short ..and the shoes where not dirty (because again all items are check ) . The were a transparent mesh color red flat ... In which color can appear a little off .(again another popular item no one els complain about ) anyway the customer was ask to send a pic of how the item look (in which she refused) and the customer also was told that we offers and exchange policy in which she can exchange within 7 days from the date in which she received . The customer then became irritate and stated ' I don't want nothing from u , I will just open a case with Revdex.com to get my money back ' .. Which lead me to believe she may have been upset because her dress didn't fit . The customer never gave us a chance to help her . I even offer of a bigger size and told her since she was in the area ..she is welcome to come to either 1 of our 2 locations to exchange items for sometime more to her likely ..per our policy ..which is listed in stores and b4 check out .. The offer still stands ..and we are in the business to make this a better situation and let her know we appreciate her doing business with us .Consumer Response My Response is that I were never ask about aending a pic of any items. Never once did I state hat I was going to contact the Revdex.com on geting my money back I stated I have no problem contacting Revdex.com for your Rudness. Because she was trying to Aruge with me. And I was not going to do that so I simply ask her name she gave me her frist name and stated in dont give out my last.. But im the owner. She was not customer frindley. And far has the items go the tee shirt dress the material was poorly made and I never stated that the shoes had been worn. The heel of the shoe had dirt all on them and if I would had wip them off what other demage would I have done.. that's why I called the store. I was very upset trying to explain my concern but she was to busy speaking and talking to other customers while on the phone with me... After all that Why would I want anything from this store.. Final Business Response Hello , I would love to resolve this matter .I am willing to allow the customer to exchange items for other items that are the same value . The customer will have 14days from this date to exchange . I apologize that the customer was not happy with the quality of the item , and the customer can stop by any location to check out things we sell and the quality . We have a variety of products we sell , shoes, clothing ,creams,waist trainers ,accessories and more. In the future the best way to handle ..a online concern is through out online email customer service because in store reps are not often familiar with online issues ... Thank you , and I hope we can resolve this issue !
