Review: I found this business through Groupon. I purchased two groupons for my dogs. I took them in November and had no issue. There was an older man there. He was friendly and professional and I was satisfied with how my dogs were groomed. Their cut looked even, they smelled good and their nails were trimmed well. This sesssion for both dogs took approximately 4 hours. At the time I picked them up I was offered to purchase in advance a card that offered 5 grooming sessions for $100. I declined because I wanted to go home and check my dogs more and make sure everything was good. I was still happy with how they were groomed so I purchased two additional Groupons and took them again in February. It took me a couple of phone calls to get through but once I did they made the appointment quickly. Upon arriving there were two younger girls there that were taking the dogs. One looked to be 15 or 16 and the other in her early 20's. They seemed like they knew what they were doing so I left the dogs. I was gone for less than an hour when the groomer called I thought there must have been an issue but they said the dogs were ready. I commented how quick that was and asked if everything I paid for had been done. She assured me they had been clipped, bathed ears cleaned and nails trimmed. When I got there they had been shaved but they did not smell or feel clean and their nails were still long. I asked her, the youngest one, several times if she was sure everything had been done and she swore to me it had. I kept insisting it hadn't and she gave me several reasons why it might have been different from before but assured me everything had been done. She offered me the card for 5 sessions for $100 again I thought that maybe just because it was a different groomer things were different but I was happy the first time so I purchased it. I have now called at least 10 times trying to use my sessions and I can not get a return phone call to book an appointment. I've given them my money but I'm getting no service.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back. I would prefer not to deal with them anymore. There are plenty of other reputable companies I can take my dogs to.

Review: I was sold and paid for in advance grooming packages that I was told would not expire and when I inquired about them staying in business to honor the prepaid services I was assured they were going nowhere. About three and 1/2 weeks ago I showed up on that Sunday for my appointment as usual for my dogs and the groomer did not show up. I called several times and went to the shop about three times and no show no return calls and I finally texted asking for my money back on the services if they were not going to be seeing clients anymore and no response. I went to the shop this past Sunday and the shop was empty and they were moved out. I still have the cards showing I still have prepaid $550.00 worth of grooming visits and my mother has $80.00 worth that was not honored as the business gave no warning of closing and did not return money for not delivering the services purchased.Desired Settlement: I want the refund of my and my mothers money for the unredeemed prepaid services totaling $630.00

Review: I purchase for my dog their "VIP 5 Full Service Grooming's" card for $100 on 3/17/15. I called to make an appointment for my dog. They had no available time slots for two weeks. I called back to try and make an appointment when they had an opening. I left three messages. No one returned my call. I went by their shop and there was a card in the door that said that they were out due to a family emergency. Subsequently, the card was removed but they do not answer their phone. I have left numerous messages that I want my money refunded. They have never called back.Desired Settlement: I would like my $100 back. Preferably in cash due to the fact that one of the reviewers noted that they have been waiting over a year for a check that the owner said that she sent.

Review: I originally purchased a "5 Full Service Grooming's" card from this place in November 2013. I have used my card once and the service was not quite right so I was offered a free grooming on my next visit. We'll, my husband took my dog in and gave them my grooming card not realizing this grooming was free so my card was punched a second time. Which means I still had 4 grooms left. This grooming left my dog with dandruff that he never had before, he did not smell like he had been washed, and his nails had not been trimmed. Again, I was offered a free groom. The first couple of months of 2014 I visited this establishment several times for them not to be there on days I had an appointment. This happened at least 4 times. Each time I was offered a free groom for being inconvenienced. I finally got fed up and asked for a refund for my grooming card and was told by [redacted] that I would be receiving a refund check in the mail for $100, which never arrived. I called several times and finally spoke to [redacted] again who said "oh you never got the check, I don't know what could have happened; I will send another check out to you, whats your address again". It never came so I called again and left several messages to never receive a return call. Finally, I went to the business and spoke face to face with [redacted] on 3/13/15. I was to pick up my refund in cash on 3/15/2015. [redacted] called me the morning of the 15th saying he went to the hospital and needed a few more days, I agreed. Then he called a few days later saying the place was broken in to and money was stolen and needed more time. Finally he called me and said he couldn't come up with my money. I have driven by the business and see that it still operates as of today. It is unlikely that they are doing business for free.Desired Settlement: Since they are still doing business they must be collecting money from customers. I have been waiting for almost a year for my refund and I would like for my $100.00 to be refunded as soon as possible and any interest on top of that if applicable.

Review: I purchased a vip card for $200.00 to have my pet groomed.The business has closed. and I would like to get my money back.This is wrong of a business to do this there has to be a law.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. $200.00

Review: This email was sent to the owners, NO reply as yet;"I would like to discuss some of the items which happened on Monday, March 3,2014. The first item- I dropped off my dogs off at Perfect Pet Care for a 10:00am appointment, there was some confusion and when my mother came to pick up my dogs- she was given another dog which was not my dog. I can understand the confusion on that item, but I also received a call from [redacted] that he nicked my other dog Miles on his left leg and said he put cream on him. As I stated, my mother picked up my dogs so I did not get a chance to look at my dogs until I came home at 10:00pm that evening. When I came home I noticed my dog did not have a "nick", but a "GASH", in his skin. I was very upset and to make matters worse my dog has not been able to walk on that leg because of the pain and has not eaten. This morning I took my dog to the vet and they advised I need to get the area stitched up because of an infection. With the doctor visit, medication, and the surgery this would be over $500.00 dollars. I immediately called and spoke with [redacted] and advised him of this matter. He stated he could not give me the money and I would need to wait until next week. Unfortunately, this will not work because this matter needs to be taken care of immediately. I cannot afford to incur this cost and will need some other arrangements through your establishment. If you have a vet that you have business with or if I need to go directly through your insurance. I can provide all documentation which is required. This has been very emotional and taxing, having to take time off from work to take my dog to the vet, having to pay out of cost for him being seen today with antibiotics and pain medication. Please contact me so we may rectify this issue immediately."No one has tried to assist me in any way or form.Nor have I received a call back to get this rectified.Desired Settlement: Get the medical attention my dog Miles requires and receive the stitches he badly needs due to the "cut/gash", that made by your employee/technician. Also reimbursement for my vet bills and charges that have incurred due to this matter.

Review: I purchased a VIP 5 full service pet grooming Card for $100.00 on 01/22/2105 at the time of my dogs last grooming. I have been trying to reach Perfect Pet Care to claim one of my grooming's by phone, email and personally showing up at there business since March 2015.I have not one time received a return phone call, return email, and when I personally showed up to there business the door was locked and I rang the bell as posted on the window but there was still no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my $100.00. I feel that this business has horrible communication and can not be trusted.
