Review: I found this company through a google search. I needed to have my gutters cleaned. A rep name [redacted] came and gave me an estimate for the work. Estimate seemed reasonable so we hired him. A few days later his workers came to do the job. After the work was done I noticed that none of the work we agreed on was done and the workers took my gutter guards.(Which we never discussed being removed) I immediately called [redacted] back and told him about this. [redacted] rudely stated "those gutter guards were clogged and they're in the junkyard!" I asked him to bring them back and he retorted "If I find them I'm charging to put them back on!" I couldn't believe he wanted to charge me for my own belongings. In addition, we agreed on him connecting a black hose to my downspouts but instead he used my own gutter pieces that were removed from the other side of my property. Since he didn't connect the hose to my downspout, this has resulted in my lawn being destroyed every time it rains. Furthermore, he did not fully connect a part of the gutter so now when it rains, there is an abundance of water which is concentrated on a section of my roof and I am worried that over a period of time, this will damage the shingles on my roof. He is now ignoring my calls and won't release my gutter guards. At this point I just want my property returned so I can have them reinstalled as I have many trees on my property. I wouldn't mind taking a loss on what I paid him but now I must pay someone else to fix his mess.Desired Settlement: I would like all of my gutter guards (approximately 100 feet worth) returned.
