Review: This company has not returned my emails or phone calls since my deposit was cashed in April 2013. I've only had contact with the company via email. Their website and yelp reviewers convince consumers that they're a legitimate business.

We received a request from the Revdex.com today requesting a refund of your deposit. Given the fact that you did not receive the timely response from our company that you deserved we will cancel the contract and refund your deposit.
Just let us know if anything changes as we'd love to be a part of your event! We are out of the office 3- 5 days a week servicing events. We all check emails and voice mails periodically but from time to time messages do get lost.
