I ordered Wildwood Walnut plank for my kitchen countertop. I received the pieces ordered, except one was different. I didn't notice until the small 30" piece was sanded, finished and installed. It was Black Walnut, not Wildwood Walnut. I contacted the company and the sales manage did not respond. I wrote back asking for the courtesy of a reply. I received a reply asking for photos. I sent the photos and the sales manager said the photos quality was not good. He also said that policy was that if the customer was not satisfied, they would make it right. I had my professional photographer daughter send photos. The sales manager said he would send out a replacement. I emailed and wrote a letter, but no response. I finally received a piece of Wildwood, that was split. As this whole process took 3+s months and my installer was coming to finish, I opted to buy clamps and wood glue to fix it myself. I would not recommend this company based on the quality of their customer service and the lack of pride they put into their finished product.

Review: Perfect Plank failed to properly package a 4 by 8 foot maple butcher block for shipment to Idaho from California. This very heavy countertop was covered in thin paper with cardboard corners and no mechanism to pick up or carry for delivery. It arrived damaged due to the improper packaging. Several of the maple strips that comprised the top were of inferior quality wood that appeared "punky" or not solid. Therefore the cut ends are soft and inconsistent.Upon notifying the company, they promised twice to give a partial refund due to these issues. Four months later, no refund has been received.Desired Settlement: Provide the $160.00 partial refund as promised.
